From what i've seen i think she only used mattifying primer around her nose area? Maybe the nose area was oily. Thats why the other area still looks kinda dewy?
Its because she probably preps her skin before make up and does regular skin care daily. Usually toners skin oils, and rich face lotion before makeup. Dont forget exfoliation though!
I like how you didn't use a camera filter that makes your face look smooth. It's nice to see how makeup actually looks like on camera. Lots of other girls on RUclips use a filter and it's as if they have non existent pores
