Separation actually happens due to the difference in the quadrupole moments, not the size.
Also, while one of the Cylinders is in Adsorption mode the other is purged from the product tank, not directly from the other Cylinder.

ok, good comment if this is true. is there then a back flow check valve which opens up to allow the stored o2 product tank pressure to flow back and cleanse the nitrogen clogged zeolite?

These oxygen concentrators utilize a molecular sieve to absorbent gases and operate on the principle of rapid pressure swing adsorption of atmospheric nitrogen onto zeolite minerals at high pressure. At high pressure, the porous zeolite adsorbs large quantities of nitrogen, because of its large surface area and chemical characteristics. The oxygen concentrator compresses air and passes it over zeolite , causing the zeolite to absorb the nitrogen from the air. It then collects the remaining gas, which is mostly oxygen, and the nitrogen desorbs from the zeolite under the reduced pressure to be vented. www.antenchem.com/en/news/Zeolite_technology/

how long does it take to render your blender files ??

    • @karthi_explains
      @karthi_explains  2 года назад

      Hi,
I render my blender files on my PC, rendering time depends on the type of project but, usually 1 frame takes 8 to 10 minutes to render in "CYCLES".
I use 15 Frames Per Second, so it takes around 5 to 6 days to render a one minute animation in cycles.
      I also use "EEVEE" sometimes
In eevee 1 frame takes 1 to 2 minutes to render, and one minute animation takes 15 to 20 hours to render in eevee. But I use "EEVEE" less, because it is not realistic as "CYCLES".
My PC is not so powerful so a 4 to 5 minute video takes around 2 to 3 months to make ( that is why i don't upload videos regularly on my channel )
      • For faster rendering make sure you set all your rendering settings correctly.
      ruclips.net/video/52q47PJH7xw/видео.html
      • You can try a free render farm called "sheepit render farm".
      www.sheepit-renderfarm.com/home
      • You can also try "Google Colab" for rendering, i tried, but it required some Linux commands knowledge so that is why I left.
you can see how it works here > ruclips.net/video/lEW7efy_aiY/видео.html
      • renderfarms are expensive but i found one called "iRender"
The prices of iRender farm is interesting, but i didn't tried it because it is still expensive.
      irendering.net/price/
      • Personally I think Render farms are not suitable for us "especially Indian individuals", because we can buy a whole new PC instead of paying Render farms.

I saw machines, where the nitrogen is not released in batches, but continuously. Are these different machines? If a machine has "10 litres" - does this mean, that the oxygen output is 10 litres (95% purity)? As the air has 21% oxygen, then at the nitrogen output there should be around 45 litres of gas. Is this correct? Or how much gas is release at these two outputs (low and high oxygen output)?
