This game is perfection to me. I hold it so dear to my heart. I just feel home everytime im in this game. I still after 3 years just cannot get over this game and that it even exists. I'll stop asking for Bloodborne 2 even. I wont ask for anything else in gaming. Just need more SALT!
Oh ok so it’s not just me I have like 17h on the game and I started playing yesterday but it’s so fun and it feels so balanced and unbalanced, like it’s difficult and takes skill but also doesn’t with strategy, tbh even after playing all of the souls games it feels like every game should be this difficult and I love the leveling system (I’m level 86)
Thanks for the video, it really helped me getting to the secret shop. One thing that helped me getting to the shop and that solved my issue (even when I jumped correctly I always missed the shop island, either going too far or falling short on the ground without even seeing the island) was pressing X+R2+L2+R1 (on PS4) at the same time and very quickly giving the left direction for the jump with the left stick as soon as the jump animation started. It takes some getting used to, that's it. Thanks again for the tutorial, awesome content ;)

An easier way to do this is by using the ladder and the Long Jump trick. First, map both your [Jump] and [Dodge] on the same button to easily do the Long Jump Second, hold [Up] near the ladder to start climbing and do the Long Jump at the same time. Your character will start to hover on the air once you stop Long Jumping. Careful not to move too much or else you'll start falling. Repeat the second step by climbing the ladder and start spamming the Long Jump until you cant see any part of the building and then stop if you think youre close to the floating island. Third, face to the left by either carefully turning left or using a range weapon to prevent yourself from falling. Then, Long Jump + [Left Button] to get the most distance the jump can cover and if youre close, land on the island. If you fall off and die during the third step, your bat will spawn where you hovering before death, making repeats a bit easier. Just dont get hit after you start hovering or else you'll fall again.
Doesn't work on PlayStation. You can remap buttons in the ps4's settings but it doesn't let you map multiple functions to the same button. The PS4 version of the game doesnt let you remap anything besides X and O

Hey, I was playing with my bro in co op and you know the thing where if someone is in a menu the other person can move freely? Well, my bro was inside the first sanctuary talking to an NPC and I was outside when on my bros side of the screen the cat appeared! The thing glanced at my brother and poof! He was still on the menu but outside with me! Does anyone know how or why this happened? Not a prank, not some clickbait, I honestly had no idea that cat existed until now. UPDATE! So it turns out when in a menu in multiplayer in the first sanctuary the sprites around the menu'd person is randomly glitching out and booting them out of the sanctuary while still in the menu. The lady on the top of the sky island just showed up. How odd.
Is this island supposed to be found or is like cut content you can glitch to or something? This is crazy and how the heck did anyone find this or figure it out? I would've never known about this.
I play on ps vita I can land on the island, and die, but the game will only ever respawn me floating mid air underneath the island above the sanctuary I have tried countless times to no avail, respawning in the same general area every single time, unable to actually be on the island It pisses me off immensley
I try it but only successful did it once and but the keep holding the analog stick skip my mind a and I missed it by a lot I'm greatful for a way to get there but what with the L2 part what it doing I'm so confused about that button. I tried all evening (Xbox) and could not do it. I can get him to do the jump & dash like you, but a purple thing always zaps me so that I turn upright and fall back down to the ground.

Do you have to let the guys kill you in the sanctuary using the stained page? I went into the festering banquet for the other monsters to kill me, but I didn't respawn at the top of the tower 🤔 also does it HAVE to be that specific sanctuary or can it be another one?
I’ve done every step. But every time I land on the thing and use the bell it still takes me to the sanctuary. I may have rested at the shrine near the 1st boss so I could get there faster but I don’t think that messed it up
you can get there by doing a glitch off of the ladder before the festering banquet actually. quite hard to pull off but if you map the roll button to A/X (so you jump and dash at the same time), climb on the ladder and start spamming A/X you can float up diagonally to somewhere near the shop, then attack twice whilst turning left in between (so you are facing the right way) then pressing A/X without holding a direction to long jump, and hold left after you jump. Really hard to know if you're in the right place so the only way is to try lots (and die lots!). then you end up there with no gold. but both glitches are hard to pull off either way.
@@Flamin_Cat What is the purpose of the bell? It's not actually used, and I can get to the island on my vita (it doesnt respawn there when I die to fall damage, which is the most annoying part which I've not seen explained by anybody else but me so far)
Nah uh, it's not worth losing Salt and Gold. Just not worth getting killed just to get there, unless there is a brand that allows you to fly, and trust me, flying costs way too much focus.🙄😒
