On the contrary. He is a crybaby who has accused his opponents of cheating more than once and used his prestige and nationality with chess.com to push for punishment against them. Without a single proof.

@@danieldbdb So says here that Hikaru is the only person who can give Magnus a hard time, and complimented Magnus on his position despite the Bongcloud. It was interesting to see how they calculated the same moves at various points and also said something about the clock at the same time. On accusations of being a cheater, Eric Rosen accused someone of cheating the other day when he was struggling as black, and the ultimate cry baby of all, Levy, always accuses others of cheating, unless they are friendly towards Levy. I am just an amateur but I was accused by a close friend of cheating in chess when I got better than him, and he started to accuse me. Sad to say that we are not friends anymore.

As soon as Kg5 was made, the engine saw a win and so looking at it Nd7 made the most sense to me but wanted to confirm with someone who'd looked at the position with an engine themselves or just to swap ideas.

Magnus doesnt have a high IQ, that's a common misconception by noobs. Top great chess players don't have high IQ, also a common misconception. What they have, is very strong chess relevant IQ. that is honed from early exposure, years of experience, and strong intuition. IQ is a really stupid topic in my opinion, chess has nothing to do with general intelligence.
If you've seen superbrain China, you'd think they're f-cking alien for calculating 20 digit multiplication in mere seconds. That's actually because of abacus techniques, they're not doing standard multiplication in their head.
Chess masters today know so many repertoires that it just becomes obvious to them, they've been exposed to it multiple times, and their brains are good at selective attention.
Don't let me remind you that Hikaru has average IQ in online tests, the key is Chess has nothing to do with IQ. Chess requires everything only relevant to chess.
I suggest you to be informed a little about what IQ is. People obssess over being the smartest one when they know 0 sh-t about how their brains work.
