Wouldn't a thorough cleaning of the board, contacts, jacks, valve connectors and switches eliminate this intermittent defect? Are the amplification valves good? Would you be able to test with a complete kit of new valves?
Hi Diego, I took it back to my tech and he tested the tubes again and this time the tube tester machine found a bad one. After replacing it, the amp has worked well. The tube itself must have been very intermittent.
