Those purple trees are gorgeous.
They are called jacaranda and you can find a lot of them in mexico and california. And probably elsewhere in Central america, but i am not sure since I only visited those 2 places

Great build . Only problem I have with starter builds and price is that in this video it’s under 20k but to use this house in my game I’ll have to create 2 sims and move one out because
of the lot rent . When I put a house on an empty lot there’s a $1500 and up depending where you put a starter house is how much more it’s gonna cost. And again great video.
Each new household starts at 20k

I really like the new build and buy but I’m not the biggest fan of the gameplay. Will you be doing any gameplay of this new pack once it comes out? I’m curious if seeing some of it will change my mind about this pack. Love this build! ❤
atfirst when the trailers came out i wasnt too keen on the concept and the gameplay aswell, lilsimsies playthrough changed my mind and made me want this pack tho

What's the difference between a game play pack, expansion pack and stuff pack?
I kinda understand the difference between stuff pack and gameplay pack, but what is expansion pack? What does it expand if it's not gameplay, and it's not just stuff?

has the update messed with your game? I am now unable to go into build/buy mode. I am wondering if you have any suggestions for how I can fix this.

@@megamapple01 Yes, I took them out and put them in another folder and that worked.
I'm disappointed that the weights aren't functional. It wouldn't have had to be fancy, just have the Sim walk up, grab a weight and start doing bicep curls or something.
Hopefully a modder can do something...
okay but that IS fancy, thats a whole new animation and thing to rig to be interactive and stuff
@@raffyoli Yeah. While I would've loved for it to be functional, I also understand that they spent a lot of the budget just on the labor needed to create all of the new systems that mess with the basic code (romantic boundaries, eyelashes, round pools, relationship labels/updates, dates and the dating app, etc). I'm sure they'll add in weights eventually, but for now I'm happy we at least have a new decor piece for gyms.
I agree I wish the weights were usable same as the logic tech headphones . Which are useless unless you put on the earbuds and make them look and sound like there usable . Maxis is just lazy .
And another thing is maxis hasn’t added usable weights by now there never gone to . Sims r has been out over 10 years .
@@kingkushezio2581 Idk about that. People said the same thing about eyelashes, nails, residential rental lots, etc. and they've all been added. Yeah it may be later than when a lot of us would've preferred, but there's no saying the sims team won't add it just because the game is 10 years old now.

I'm just not a fan of these items. Some of the wallpapers I like (like the flower one you used here), but otherwise, most of the items I've seen aren't my style. The house is really cute, though. 😊
Until all my favorite mods are updated and fixed I'm going to play the game Vanilla style I don't need my game and PC crashing on me

The creator gets a cut, thats the point. There would be less to give the creator if a discount was given.
