For me I was able to get it by dialing a local NXX code (for example 511 traffic information) with WiFi Calling enabled, seems it can’t figure out how to route the local NXX traffic via WiFi Calling enabled
It’ll depend you will be able to all the errors if you have AT&T or AT&T prepaid, but you will still get some of these if have a carrier under the AT&T network such as Pure Talk, and Cricket, etc
