She's just doing some general "flash moves" and ending in a slash, which is pretty simple to master, yet looks complicated. And not to nitpick too much here, but it would be 'lightning', as the term 'thunder' refers to the sound that lightning makes.

Furthermore, don’t mistake trying to teach someone the difference between two words, and trying to be mean or facetious. I had zero malintent with that comment, and reading back it still doesn’t strike me as being mean. In my point of view, this person is probably either young or not a native English speaker, in either case I just taught them the difference between lightning and thunder where they may have not known before, which is okay. I would thank you for spotting the grammatical error too, but your intent with that was clear.

She labels her own spinning "INSANE LIGHTSABER SKILLS". Also, the fact people don't really want to talk about, most of her fans are probably just simping.

The reason she looks so good and so real compared to most people that do this is her perfect footwork and balanced positioning of her body . She moves like a martial artist or a boxer , she slides her feet perfectly and is on the ball of her feet

When you were using the red bladed Lightsaber with in the first minute and the lightning started to flash in the background. That is one hell of an awesome affect to go with your video. Nothing like a Sith in an electrical storm.

When I went to see Star Wars a new hope in the theater it was awesome and when I got home I used whatever I could as a lightsaber . Now you order a lightsaber with sounds ect . It's a good time to be a star wars fan . May the force be with you Carly.
I got to get a couple of those. Practice weaving, and milling. If you’re confused what the terms are check out poi and staff spinning… which you’re already a natural at. But there are so many ways/patterns that can be made with props. Keep killing it tho and May the force be with you…

Carly has a video on the 3 basic spins, obi-ani is one of them. That's how I learned!
What I did was I just learnt the basic "8" spins and just let it flow until I developed into other spins naturally, the Obi-Ani spin was one of them.
