Actually June has recorded a version of Rosie Anderson, while singing as one of the Silly Sisters. I came across it by chance on RUclips, the day after reading your post!

Any June Tabor fans helpme try and find a song of hers. It was nearly thirty years ago! She sang a beautiful sone and as years have passed I fail to remember most.. there was a woman clled Rosie and he put his shoes under her bed, to show she had cheated, when she hadn't. Rosie Anderson, just come to mind will check. Sorry if obscure, just found a Dick Gaughan sond, from same era I was Folking! I miss it!
