those tiny potatoes will be gone in like two weeks at most, a ay if you cook for a big family dinner. For what you may ask? Beef rendang, which is Minang traditional food that covers Indonesia for most part but also Malaysia. We have a version that includes small-tiny potatoes and it's an absolute delight if you like a strong tasting dishes with tons of herb and spices, kinda curry-like.

The green potatoes are good for seed potatoes, but dont store them inside the house, i would put them in a basket in the garage or basement if you have just a few green ones. Dont store them with the regular potatoes either. The small potatoes will sprout and they make good seed potatoes too.

Thats the plan! To use them for seed to potatoes next year, thanks for watching!

You can still eat green potatoes. Not all green potatoes necessarily have solanine, and some potatoes that aren’t green CAN have solanine. It’s about what light they are subject to.
If it's a reddish light that lands on the potato, it will make chlorophyll, giving the potato a green colour.
If the potato is hit by bluish or ultraviolet light, it will make solanine, by a completely separate chemical pathway. But the potato itself will not change colour.
If the light contains both red and blue, the two processes can happen at the same time.
