My chandelier arm is broken at the base. May I know where I can buy the arm?

How do you remove a broken S shaped arm? I can't get it out. I already purchased the new arm.. please help...

At the end of the arm, there is generally a nut that needs to be loosened before it can be removed. Typically on a chandelier the arms are connected to the body with a plate that may be covered. You may have to take apart the column of the chandelier to remove that cover. Usually you would start from the bottom and start unscrewing components of the chandelier until you get to that cover. Be careful, some chandeliers only have one retaining nut at the bottom to keep all the parts together, if thats the case, all the parts will slide off the bottom. Hope that helps!
