Veronica is my mom! We kept the Chevy gave the fenders to my uncle and the popcorn machine collected dust for a few years before we sold it to a collector of sorts.

What Chevy? The two cars she won here were a Mercury Topaz and Dodge Intrepid.

@@carexpertandy I was young but I think she traded another contestant for a chevy or sold it or something. I don't recall, this was years ago lol. I will have to ask her.

Apparently, Kathleen Bradley took the day off on that taping. It was just Janice, Holly, and some other blonde model (hard to make out, because the copy I got was bright).

Gena Lee Nolin wasn't made a permanent model until about 7 months after this. And I haven't known her to have any brief trials before season 23.

Very hard to make out who the blonde model is w/ Holly and Janice on this show but that is not Gena Lee Nolin. Gena made her first appearence on "TPiR" on May 3, 1994 and was made permanent Barker Beauty at the start of season 23.

Doing the math, for a half-hour "special" show of "TPiR" in 1994, about ten minutes of commercials had to have aired, taking up one-third of the total air time. I'm guessing the total air time of commercials during a regular hour was one-quarter of the time, or fifteen minutes of ads. Today, a little more than one-third of total air time of commercials on "TPiR" equates to almost 23 minutes of airtime. Good lord! Wow, so close to just thirty-eight minutes of game's just played now? Sheesh!
