Beautiful! I wished that I would have grown up with a grandmother. You grandmother spent quality time with you and taught you a valuable art. Thank you for t sharing.
As a guy who has been crocheting for 53 years, the yarn varigation is gorgeous! A bit too fine for my BIG hands, and, the hook would need to be an "H" or an "I" in size for me to work with comfortably. Doug🧶
You can always upsize the yarn and hook to your needs. Here in Mexico it's hard for me to find the thicker yarns and larger hooks, so i have to down size on both to be able to do the projects I want to do. Just have fun!
I love this combination of stitches. My mum taught me to crochet and this was one of my progressive work. Very importantly she taught me how to Read pattern instructions both on paper and by sight (also knitting) . i have been doing both knitting and crochet plus sewing since I was 5! This yarn is beautiful .Thank you for reminding me of the trials and errors of crochet ....
Need to have someone who’s lift handed to do a few of these tutorials. To show how left handed people how to crochet these basic steps. Mainly because it’s hard to follow it unless it’s a mirror reflection. We have to work backwards because not everyone is right handed. Lucky enough I grew up with my grandma showing me how to crochet. And she had me sit across from her so that I could learn how to crochet in the reverse/mirror reflecting plus she was able to crochet with both hands
That is very pretty! I like to watch people crochet. Did you know that you can relax your first finger and use your hook? It's the only way I can do it. I have arthritis. I sometimes wrap the yarn on my ring finger and lay it over my first finger. I lift my ring finger up and down. I just wanted to share this alternative. To each his/her own. Happy crocheting! 🙂
I love this stitch tht yr gran taught u....just noticed tht after u do ch3 u yarn under then wen u chain5 u yarn over....ir its the other way around....whts the difference betwn yarn.over to yarn under please.?🤔🤔🤷♀️🤷♀️👍🙂⚘
Very pretty. But hard to follow. I've only been crocheting for a year. I wish the instructions were slower and spoken. Hard to read, take notes and watch. Maybe later I'll be able to do this stitch because I really like it.

I don't understand that the yarn isn't specifically popular in your country. I think it is a really beautiful yarn. And if I can find it in Denmark I am sure it will buy some of that yarn. Maybe 20 skeins of that yarn. I really like it 🥰👍🏼❤️
Your not making it easy to see where you are placing your hook & you're going too fast. It's hard to tell how many chains you're making without slowing down the video.

You can slow down the video in the settings (the cog wheel, top right corner on phone)
@@maryford-mccourt547 I don't use my phone...too small. I'm on my laptop and don't know how to slow it down.

I would sure like to know the brand name of this yarn
I like the video but prefer a written pattern. As a senior, I’m accustomed to reading & tend to bypass the videos
Você não mostra o número da linha e nem da agulha!

Thank you for going slow. I have watched some that look like their in a race.
Where can I get this yarn
XOXO VERY NICE!

I asked same question lol
No! I don't have.
You could watch her and write it down..that’s what I do.
