3 potatoes.
80 grams breadcrumbs / 2.8 oz.
60 grams Parmesan cheese / 2 oz.
2 eggs.
Parsley.
1 can of canned tuna.
Salt, black pepper.
Olive oil.
Sauce: 2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream; 3 cloves of garlic.
