I completely lose my appetite when my schedule gets disturbed I ate buns, fruit, more carrots and tea at the airport, so I didn't go the *entire* day without food.
Our British Universities are VERY expensive And our libraries aren't that great We only have saunas in some leisure centres I don't know of that bread But I love it here! 😅👌

You can put very thin rye bread in the toaster until it's crispy and then put butter on it while it's still warm, I highly recommend it
