Roger Craig started his career in SF as a FB. Guerendo gives the 49ers an additional receiver out of the backfield beside CMC. If he can handle pass protection he could get a major workload in 2025. I love Juice but time and cap work against him. Speaking of Craig and for that matter Gore, Schraeder shows balance and vision that could get him a RB2 gig in 2025

Chase, my brother, you should know by now, 9ers don't draft BPA .. I wish they did at times .
They'll switch to a pass-first now that they've got a great QB. Already saw that in the SB, where he saw that Purdy was the better bet than McCaffrey.
I understand we had a great draft but this is the "NFL" do not expect everyone to be "BROCK PURDY" I pray are db's and Safety pic's are good. Anyone picked by the niners be good. Not have greenlaw and are all pro safety in Super Bowl hurt. We must be deep and better and stop people in big moments. Ravens and Chiefs showed we need to be tougher.
Goes to show, the draft is a crap shoot. Win some. Lose some.
Guerrendo will make the team because Shanahan won't admit he made a mistake, if he did make a mistake. He has all the potential in the world and he'll get at least 2 years to prove Shanahan was right about him.

Love puni bigtime
I think we could have gotten Gerando in the later rounds or even as an undrafted free agent. The Niners really had some head scratchers in the draft. I can see Cody Schaefer will replace Mitchell and Gerando will replace Mason. Pearsall was a head scratcher. However, I think he gives SF one of the best WR cores in the NFL. I loved the Green pick. I fully expect him to have a role this season. I can see Ward and Rock Ya-Sin will be starting outside corners while D-Mo slides to the NB spot where is better suited. I see Green taking Audrey Thomas’s place on the roster. The Puni pick was outstanding. I think he can be a day one starter at RG. I think Falicano slides to center while Puni takes over at RG. The offensive line should be a little better this season. I think Cowning will be a really good return specialist. Malik Mustapha is very physical and talented in a position of need for SF. He could start immediately at FS unless SF signs a veteran pro bowl caliber FS😊
