Powerful message today! Thank you so much for helping us apply these readings to our lives and encouraging us to truly avail ourselves of the graces the Church offers us. May God continue to bless you!
Thanks Keith! A little late listening this week, but I love image of the valleys and mountains of the readings for the 2nd Sunday of Advent 💜 Absolutely true about the crazy merry go round too!
Humbling ourselves, being vulnerable with God in a Simple Presence. Knowing the very breath way take in the moment we are given is Grace. It's nothing we are doing, He fills our lungs. We simply respond with vulnerability and receptivity in the present moment with abandonmentment to my way and radical dependence to His Way.
Prepare Ye the way of the Lord. I talked to my friend about repentance & your reference in the 5th Joyful Mystery Finding Jesus in the Temple. Joseph & Mary going back to the Temple for young Jesus, ultimately running back to the Father. ✡️✝️🕊
✝️Keith as always - THANKS for WISDOM from the HOLY SPIRIT🙏 Had to make a really hard decision Sunday on a job of a lifetime, that would have a move from Maine to Florida but would have been a MAJOR disruption in the Healthy foundation of my family and 16 yr. old Triplets and their HS and TLM Faith circle of incredible friends and parents with my wife’s circle! I lost an incredible job 2.5 yrs ago in the Treatment field because I refused the ME State Mandatory STICK for Healthcare workers - even though I was in business development! It has been a long 2.5 years of under-employment and loss of income! Please keep the Corcoran’s of SoPoME in your prayers! Thanks again for this and ALL you and your family ministry do🙏
That vicious cycle. So much of that is us choosing our will over His. That's how it is with me. I remember distinctly the moment where it dawned on me that I didn't want to sin anymore. I can tell you where I was and what I was doing. I mean I genuinely didn't want to sin. That may not sound like much but for me it was a big deal because it was the moment where I felt like I was finally getting it. One of my favorite bits from a movie I like is: "It's simple, just hard." We make things more difficult than they need to be because we apply the Burger King approach, have it your way, to everything. Don't do that. I did and I paid a steep price. Get right with God first, then trust in Him. That's free advice.
Thank you Keith! I very much appreciate unpacking the Mass! It seems as if most of the world is on this crazy merry go round of madness! Its up to us to do what each of us need to do to hear GODS word and put it in to action in our lives! GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY MY FRIEND! Looking forward to next week's unpacking the Mass!🙏
Yeah brother Keith to make straight the path to the lord is difficult and sometimes it might seem easy, but there’s this thing about the Catholic Church and that is that for anyone who falls into serious sins willing or by temptation or deception and by chance if that person or persons is touched by Gods call or revealing to that person or persons of the evils that they are doing and living and are deeply penetrated by Gods call to repentance they will surely go to confession to confess their sins and be forgiven and absolved of their sins and in turn that person or persons will have to learn how to do penance to make reparations atonement and an amendment of their life style. For I’m noticing that people believe strongly that all one has to do is confess their sins to God and after that there’s no penance to be done, and what I find hard to understand is that why did Jesus Christ give full authority and Impowerment to his Apostles to forgive sins and that people who read scriptures and understand it differently believe that a person doesn’t have to confess to a human in order to be forgiven their sins but they believe that only God himself can forgive sins and this clearly reminds me of when Jesus Christ himself was forgiving people of their sins and the Pharisees were saying in themselves who can forgive sins only God can forgive sins
I don’t know how else to reach out to you. You just finished a mission at my church St. Gregory. I had to livestream as I could not attend at the times and have watched after. I am a cradle Catholic looking to strengthen my faith. What book or resources do you suggest are best or can help me to be able to defend the faith and learn why we Catholics believe and do what we do. Especially in regards to the Mother Mary. You are able to explain so well and I find myself stumbling and not being able to defend the Faith properly.
Hello! Our Faith was handed down to us by Christ Himself- it's God- Made🙏 Just a few books that I think are great: A Biblical walk through the Mass- Edward Sri Why we're Catholic - Trent Horn Meeting the Protestant Challenge and Meeting the Protestant Response both by Karlo Broussard The Bible in a Year- Father Mike Schmitz The Catechism of the Catholic Church- Father Mike Schmitz God bless you ❤
@@colettemccleave4532 I know where the Apostles told us to keep to the traditions they handed down but which Apostle told us Mary was the mother of God, Himself? The new ark, the queen of heaven? Which Apostle told us she remained a Virgin her whole life, was sinless, co-redeemer with Jesus? Which Apostle even said her name let alone what the Catholic Church made up?
@colettemccleave4532 i know we are told time and again to hold to the traditions the Apostles gave us. But which Apostle told us Mary was the mother of God, the new ark, the queen of heaven? I have a lot of protestant christians on my Facebook, but I still Share Unpacking the Mass. Hoping to see Keith's wonderful ministry grow.
Do all of the Christians on your fb protest against catholicism alone?
Another "10", another ❤
"Get off the merry- go- round"
The Sacraments are medicine for our souls- we can't do anything without God's grace- Amen

Good afternoon everyone
Thank you so much Keith for helping me on my journey 🙏

Great video as always my man. Also where did you get that awesome shirt?!?!
No Responsorial Psalm? "The Lord has done great things for us, we are filled with joy" (Psalm 126: 3 NAB) or "we rejoiced" in the RSV
Keith i used to be able to attend daily Mass but work keeps changing and i m less and less able to attend. I dont know what the Lord is telling me 😢

Christ works through people, saying only God forgives is an easy way out, there is no examination of conscience
How do I repent while I'm in OCIA class?
I cannot yet confess to priest. I need to go through a tribunal. It could take a year.
Talk to your priest about what to do.
Thank you, I will make an appointment.
Are you not able to pray to God?

If you have no scripture to support your faith perhaps your faith is man-made?

@@colettemccleave4532 Interesting books but they don't answer the question of how can we be saved by that which Jesus nor the Apostles taught?

Somehow this didn’t get uploaded as a podcast - at least not for Apple Podcasts. Are you discontinuing that or was it a technical glitch?
It had a problem but should be up soon.
@@KeithNester Got it. Thank you 😀
Thank you Keith GodBless
