I would always tell my young son that no matter how hopeless or discouraging a situation became to always keep going forward. My example is one time we had only five minutes to catch the train and the walk to the train station was a 15 minute walk. He didn't know what we were going to do. I told him to get going. You never know what will happen. As soon as we walked down the driveway, there came a friend in a car and called out " Hey, you need a ride?" We made it to the train station, and guess what the train was delayed by ten minutes. I always remember MAD comic book. His motto was "What, me worry?" God works it all out. .
😲 Ignatius Study Bible! I gotta get one. I love the Icon cover because it combines the Gospel writers with the vision of man, lion, ox and eagle from Ezekiel 1:10-12.

I used to think I had to make excuses for my social anxiety. Now I feel better being honest about it.
