Career-oriented people are often portrayed as full of conflicts and issues, but here we have two successful adults who are very clearly career-oriented and still make it work because they understand and respect each other, and make that extra effort in the relationship when it's needed. They are so cute together, they respect the work the other does so much, and always encourage each other. They are both career oriented and it sometimes hinders them in spending time together, but they make the effort to always be there for each other in whatever form possible, to maintain communication open and love each other. Yes, they do not have unnecessary misunderstandings nor any serious love triangles, but that relationship is based on Xiao Nai's stalker like tendencies. He always imposes his will over that of his girlfriend's. He controls everything she does, and Bai Wei Wei has no way to counter him, he always gets his way with her. He is simply that overpowering and highly intelligent, she never successfully imposes her will. Unlike Yu Tu, who so many times loses to Qiao Jing Jing's higher EQ. He never tries to control her, and let's her make her own decisions. They support each other and never impose their will over the other. They communicate clearly and lovingly, do not have misunderstandings so that's why I say You Are My Glory has a healthy relationship.
