Hi Mike a very beautiful arraignment and performance! I will be playing this tune which is also named "Celtic song of farewell" at my Father's military funeral service on clarinet in about a week. I don't know if you recall but we met while I was practicing sax in the park across the street from your home about 10 years ago.Glad I bumped into you been enjoying your music since. Al Haney
Thanks for your kind words Steve! Yeah, those old uprights like to be tickled. I always feel beholding to play them while they just sit there waiting to be played. Like taking the time to talk to an elderly person. Be well.
Hi Mike, my grandson started piano (he’s 7) and I remembered you from Sunday school at Broadmeadow when we were young so we googled you. Very impressive! Of course I was impressed as well about 60 years ago. Congratulations on your great success.
HI Ray- thanks for the post! So what's your last name? Good luck with your grandson's progress on piano. A tip: find the best instruction you can afford. It will pay off. Of course if he has aptitude and willingness. Take care!
