It's been patched - zygarde cells will now appear consistently at the end of routes

No, not really. It happens the last 3 days that me and my brother walk the same route together and always only one of us get a cell. Sometimes the other one get it when waking the same route back but it also happens that even this didn’t work. Routes are still freaking buggy 👎🏻

Dude I live in rural England and I have 5 or 6 near me, do you have any high level players where you live? I think the ability to create routes has only been rolled out to LV 50 accounts.

i paused the route, had no cells, unpaused and past the end point 1 spawned, i was lucky to click it as the end popped up the same time i hit it

When a glitch actually fixes a feature
Step 1: have routes near you
which most people don't have also it's hard to make your own route 😑
Routes are so buggy. One day I have 3 near me, the next they’re all gone.
You can create your own if your level 37

There is a route 1 block from my house. Completed the route 37 times now and haven’t seen a single cell.
Happy this exists as I can't get that many due to limited routes, and the last time I went on a route the only cell to spawn disappeared right away because it was at the end of the route and when the route ended so did the cell....
We need a update on what's happening on September
He said in a video that he won’t be home for a bit and we’ll have to wait until a few days into the month of September. He also said that you can get the details from another creator’s video if you don’t want to wait.

I get cells about 50% of the time despite closing and re-opening the game!

I’d like to see a event where they give us cells in some sort of way or even boosted spawn rates/more spawns
50 cells for 50% is understandable but 200 cells for 100% is crazy
I have Zygard as my buddy, and have poffin-ed him 2 days in a row and have gotten 3 Zygard cells pop up in my first route I did for the day in those 2 days. Not sure if it’s a thing, but worth exploring maybe?

How many cells per day can I get doing this? The max of 3?
yes. also only one attempt each day on a route for it to spawn. subsequent attempts on the same route is just pokemon spawns. still decent rewards for completion.

Same i tried 7 times pause unpause and walk around no zygarde cell.
It worked for me around when Routes launched, I was doing it for a bit then, but I’m pretty sure they patched it between the video’s posting and now. Tried it again twice today and no cells

I you only need 50. But..... you need 200 to get the whole thing. Plus you are only able to get 3 cells per day....
I have a glitch where at the end of one route on my village it will always spawn a zyguard cell in the same place all the time
Well, just have to accept that I will never upgrade Zygarde to neither its 50% or 100% forme
The issue with these sorts of glitches being patched is all our fault cause we make videos about such stuff and niantic is also watching these videos

How about they fix the Zy cell animation to something that looks clickable? This is insane.
My PoGo has this glitch where it says "GPS not found" despite my GPS working for all other apps...
I had the same problem. Someone suggested turning off Adventure sync while walking the route. That worked for me.
They did Zygarde dirty in the main series games and they are doing him dirty in Go. Lol
And I'm still here unable to find a single route or create a route myself... even though I'm level 43 with tons of stops nearby me 😢

routes were probably niantics worst idea if you live in a city youre fine, if you live in the suburbs youre probably out of luck
Either that or all the routes are 40 minutes long

What a great trick for when I don’t use a route because they don’t exist anywhere near me
idk if mine is bugged but i’ve done 5 routes and never seen a zygarde cell nor the route spawns
Honestly i found another design flaw with routes: the completion screen itself. Ok here’s the context behind what i mean: the route i was on is a loop around an small entire park. The problem is that whoever created the route messed up by having the start point and ending point be at the same Pokestop. I was on my phone and did the 100 m trick to force a cell to spawn in and when I got to the end of the route the stupid completion screen appeared and blocked the cell from being obtained and it disappeared afterwards. So yeah you can see why I’m upset. I got screwed over by something out of my control.

I tried this on 4 different routes and it did not work. I had not yet given me a zygarde cells but still ended up with 3 that day

So I tried doing this method. I tried doing this on two routes, both of which were my first time going on them today. I pause the route when I get to the 100m-50m range and close the game, and I still don’t see any Zygarde cells when I open the game. I’ve walked around the area and closed it multiple times and I’m still not getting any cells. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Ran the route around my area first in the reverse direction, at the end paused the route, restarted the game, resumed the route but nowhere a zygarde zell to find

As someone who pretty much only plays for the pokedex, I've just accepted that getting the complete form is never happening for me lmao, i got the dex entry so im already satisfied

It's soo bad that players that have routes creation unlocked are getting payed IRL by other players to create One somewhere near them.
Like 250€ × 15min route.
Btw on the routes it's max 3 cell's per routes, since they take Place of the pkm that have the route powerup mark, and also you can find max 3 cell's x day.
Soo you need 250÷3=83,3§ days to get them all.
It's all good and everything but i don't even have a single damn route in my small town 😞

I'm just waiting to see if zyguard comes to elite raids to get themselves that way. Because you can get candies, we're not zyguard cells.
