This was very helpful and comforting- thank you! Currently studying acupuncture and feeling a little insecure around not memorising every single action of each point. Thanks again.
Super helpful to create some broad strokes here. Your course looks great as well. Just have my purse strings a bit tight rn. Thank you for the free accessible and valuable content. Please keep it coming when you can!
Thank you very much for the kind words! I am always happy to hear what people want to see - send along any suggestions if you have them. Thanks again for watching and all the best!
Hi doc i really want to study acupuncture. Please can you send me the website and how long will it take to complete the course and will i be certified internationally ?
I have a question. I went to an acupuncturist for 3 sessions over 3 weeks to help with my anxiety. Unfortunately a few days after my last appointment I became very dizzy and ever since have suffered with light headedness, brain fog, tingling in my right arm and leg, foot drop on my right leg, and extreme fatigue. It has been this way for approximately 4 months and doesn't seem to be improving much. Could this have been caused by the acupuncture sessions? Never had any issues with my nerves before this and it came on very suddenly just a few days following my appointment.
I'm sorry to hear about your uncomfortable symptoms. Obviously, it is very hard for me to comment on this. However, I would suggest that you inform your acupuncturist about the symptoms you have had since your last appointment...even if it has been a while since you last saw them. In the meantime, I hope you have consulted with a family physician about these symptoms. Additional testing may provide more insight and potential treatment to help. Wishing you all the best with this!
Thanks so much for watching, Ailya! It never hurts to review these things for sure. I hope my videos are making things a little easier! I bet you did great on your CONO! All the best!
I enjoy your videos, because not many RUclips channels actually talk about these topics. But you seem to only upload once in a while, do you plan on making more videos down the line?
Thanks for watching, DD. I definitely plan on providing more RUclips content. If you have any suggestions, I would be happy to hear what you and your fellow colleagues would like to see me talk about in future videos! Thanks again for the comment. Have a great day!
Elena, thanks for watching! When it comes to emergency situations, acupuncture is not the best option. If you have access to emergency services or a hospital, that is what I suggest you do. However, auricular acupuncture is a good option to help people who need immediate assistance (or while waiting for emergency services to arrive). I hope this was helpful!
