Just reset put in the case and long press botton then reset it no working. Just check charging port clean. Thanks

Im having this problem since today,before that everything was fine.. i have the TUNE225TWS ones,and for me the right side doesnt work,i tried this trick but still doesnt work,it's fully charged ive even tried to pair/unpair them a few times,also did multiple restarts of both earbuds,but still doesnt work

I have the same issue but the led light from my left earbud turns off the moment I take it out of the case. The led light works when it’s charging in the case though
