  • A blessed few have worked with Steven Seagal. An even fewer lucky people have been assaulted by Sensei Snagglepuss. This is Part 1 of a little compilation of people talking about the Great Man Big Daddy Seagal. The birthday snatching, cookie loving, not born at night but on a bright sunny day Lord Seagal provides never-ending awesomeness and that means more Parts to come in future.
Thank you all again for watching Seagalians. You are all legends and I appreciate the support and love.
If you're interested in some AWESOME SEAGAL CLOTHING, please feel free to browse around. I designed them myself and you can join me in flaunting Seagal's magnificence!

Driving around with a custom bullet proof SUV, being legit friends with Vladimir Putin, etc. He puts on a show of a dangerous man to such a ridiculous level of absurdity that one doesn't want to risk his craziness affecting them in real life. Remember, in real life martial arts or MMA don't mean shit against guns, and Steven hires actual armed men to follow him around. So imagine someone threatening him with legal action and him silently responding in their ear "I can always move to Russia after I'm done with you" (Putin legit gave him Russian citizenship, he actually lives in Russia as we speak)... people just don't want to risk having a feud with such a legit crazy person who is direct friend with a dictator full of nukes, not worth the risk. Worked with a guy in Chicago, who told the story of a producer he knew from Nashville. This producer was invited to Seagal's house, because Steven wanted to record a blues album. While sitting and talking with him about his music, in a room described as 'back of the house, 3 outside walls. Large glass windows on all 3 walls", the producer kept noticing movement in the backyard. At first, he thought nothing of it, but it happened enough over a period of time for him to take notice. When he finally brought it to Seagal's attention, his response was that he hired men to dress as ninjas and constantly stalk him to keep him sharp.
I always thought this story a bit ludicrous, but when you hear what should be reputable celebrities telling these fucked up stories, kind of hard to not think hey maybe that was true.

I ask him if he got banged up on the end fight in that movie, cause it looked like he got thrown around quite a bit. He immediately responded by saying "What Steve doesn't realize is you cant do an entire fight scene and not take at least one punch yourself." I didnt mean what I said in that way, but I surely felt what he was telling me about Steven. It definitely changed the way I looked at his films, and William was 100% correct. Steven has a huge ego that doesnt match his output.

Indeed. I've only seen him in "The Dark Knight", yet I get the sense from watching these interviews that he doesn't hold his skills over others (unlike some other martial artists I could name). I also believe, though, that messing with Michael would be a catastrophically stupid idea.

I think we should be fair and honest and admit that he didn't fight his ex-wives. He just cheated on and beat them....allegedly.

Most people don’t know Liam Neeson was a legit talented boxer. He said “well yeah I boxed as a kid” lmao no, he was legitimately talented and could’ve easily been a professional boxer. Maybe not a world champion, but a contender atleast.

He quit boxing early on though. Liam Neeson is 70 now, was probably in his 60s during that interview and hasn't boxed in about 40 years. He's in better physical shape than Seagal though, no question who'd gas out first

JCVD is a good guy. He quit drugs and owned up to all the ridiculous stuff he'd done over the years. He's probably not gonna have a career like he did in the 90s, but that's more to do with changing tastes in the audience.

Im 100% sure if Seagal would have stopped taking himself so seriously and laughed once in a while, maybe he’d been one of the greatest actionheroes of our time but now it’s just too late. You can really feel his douchiness radiating off him in every interview he’s ever done.

Steven Seagull is that type of person who watched a few Rambo & Bruce Lee films and decided to become a martial artist. He then gives himself a name such as Dragon, shoduken, starts to gather a small gathering of followers and performed training sessions in the woods and on beaches. Only difference is that this guy actually has a large follower group
