If you're going to use your mini-split more than just occasionally, then please don't buy unit with a SEER (energy efficiency) rating below 20 (like one of the listed units) - you won't like your electric bill. You seemed to be reading the feature list off the side of the box. What actually makes one better than the other? Reliability, energy efficiency, customer service and repair ability would have a lot to do with that yet none was mentioned.
To say nothing of the fact most of these mini splits are just rebadged Chinese units. Most of them are Gree/Midea OEMs, with maybe a few of the ultra-cheap options being AUX units. Anyways, ground rule first: SEER is for cooling, SCOP is for heating. When it comes to SEER and cooling just about any heat pump does the trick, higher SEER means the PCB can modulate the compressor lower (it's not the same if the mini split modulates down to 400W and when it modulates down to 100W like Japanese brands do) and thus saves more power. SCOP is what matters when it comes to heating and you want it as high as possible. Also, get a unit with a two-stage dual rotary compressor, basepan and crankcase heater, especially if you're in a cold climate - that way the unit stays more efficient on lower temperatures, the basepan heater prevents the water released during defrost to freeze right back up inside of the unit itself and the crankcase heater allows for a quicker and easier startup on very low temperatures by preheating the compressor oil. Have an alternate heat source ready when it gets below about -30°C (or -22F°) - no heat pump stays efficient below that temperature and is effectively just wasting electricity at that point. If you have resistant as your secondary, get a wood or gas furnace as your tertiary just in case the power dies. And one more thing - INSULATE. If you're able to, insulate your home ASAP, that way the heat stays inside and the heat pump won't be running as hard to maintain the temperature.
to be honest if you really look hard.. they are all the same mini split.. but with a different name on the right faceplate.. even the remotes are the same.. so if you were looking for a mini split.. just get the least expensive one..
