I love those illustrations. The wizard of Oz is one of my favorite stories, and I would love to get my hands on a folio society copy of it. :)
Thanks for showing this! I love The Wonderful Wizard of Oz but I wasn’t that interested in Folio’s on their website because it just didn’t seem to compare to the original Baum and Winslow edition, but your video did the book justice! The illustrations are so colorful and adorable! And in person the cover colors are a lot more pleasing. I will have to add this to my wishlist!

There are certain Folio Society editions that are so beautiful by themselves, but don't sit on a shelf with other books very well. For me, the biggest culprit is Midnight's Children. It's a beautiful book, but shelving it is a nightmare! Wherever I put it, everything around it is an entirely different style.
I totally agree. The only way they look good together is ordering them by color. I did that once, but I just can't separate collections and it felt way too silly to keep this rainbow "organization" lol.
Same! Also, the font can be a problem too.
