Realy like the video. But i really would have loved it if you had showed every illustration on every page.
The original edition had the illustrations taking place in munchkin land colored in a pale light blue. I'm not sure why they're green in this edition.
That's what I thought.
@Jaysenpl Do you have any plans to review other Oz books in the future? I'd love to see a review of Ozma of Oz.
The Books of Wonder, Harper Collins 100th Anniversary facsimile edition of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is very nice indeed.
The pale green colour in Munchkin Country was in the original; it's not just in the Books of Wonder edition.
Good to hear.🙂
@@Jaysenpl You should see the Muppet version because it’s closer to the book
@Forrest Dupre I have seen the Muppet version. And yes it is much closer to the book. But I consider it more of a Muppet movie than an OZ movie. When I watch it I see Kermit pretending to be the Scarecrow rather than the Scarecrow etc.
@@Jaysenpl at least it includes scenes most others don’t and make Oz look more realistic
@@forrestdupre87 what was the wicked witch of the west real name in the wizard of oz the 1900's the original version the book version?
The Muppet version is much closer to the book
