Hope you find all of these tips helpful! ✨ Keep in mind that everyone's journey is unique and what works for someone else might not work for you. Take what applies to your situation and run with it! Also, it's internship application season. Check out the UX Design Google Internship link below if you're interested. The deadline is January 27th but the earlier your submit it, the faster you can kick off the process. Good luck!

Hi Ricardo, I'm so glad I found your content! I started with the "Everything You Need to Know" video and found it enormously helpful. You are one of the first youtubers I've found in a long time who keeps me engaged without having to increase the playback speed. Thanks for your high quality and potent bullet points. How much you care really shines through each video. Thank you!

a lot of great information here. i really appreciate the realistic steps and goals to your approach. youtube nowadays seems to be full of people offering "get rich now" videos that end up being nothing more than click bait and a sponsored product to sell.
keep the videos coming and happy new year!

It's unfortunate. Of course there are always edge cases, but for most people, it takes time to land their first roles and the preparation that it took to get it usually goes untold.

Thank you so much. Just found you. Subscribed. I have one question about case studies. How many screens do you recommend putting into the case study? All or the most important ones? I feel like recruiters are going through portfolios so fast and wondering if it makes sense to put every screen and edge case in the case study.

Thanks so much - excited to have you here! I think that the number of screens is up to you and dependent on how many you need to tell the story of your project and what skills you're trying to portray. For example, if you are making a UI portfolio, then screens / visuals will be crucial to show your aptitude in visual design. However, for UX projects, explaining your process is super important as well as explaining your design rationale. I would say use as many screens as you need to tell your story but definitely try to keep it concise to be mindful of the recruiter / hiring manager's time. Another idea is make a video of your case study which is a more engaging way to tell your story. Hope this helps! Feel free to check out my video on the case study I used to get my internship at Google here: ruclips.net/video/oJbDmqTLXO4/видео.html
