Yes. And if you play the single game mode you can save the game when AI goes 4pool (you can use cheats to reveal the map and see) at the start and practice against it.

My favourite map is Bloodbath.. must have been more than 22-23 years ago that I learned the hard way 4 pool can be a thing. Ever since then I've always been very conservative in openings vs zerg. When I saw the drone on the ramp I knew something was up. Arty reacted very well with the defense though! Taking notes with the bunker and depot placement. Thanks for uploading!

All the little clips of old artosis look happy and healthy, and yet his actual face looks absolutely miserable.
There is another clip where tosis loses to this exact build on this exact map. The contrast is pretty funny. Well done though Arty.

I feel like the 6 pool in WoL was stronger than the 4 pool in SCBW.
Tho now you can only 12 pool in SC2 which...... I mean that is by no means a cheese. It can be a super normal macro build

well, the 4 pool build is indeed trash. it loses against anything that's not cc first. consider that it still failed horribly despite artosis failing to block the ramp even though it was clear as the sun it was a 4-5 pool because that's the only chance in the world Z would scout that early

@@williamwang2383 One Marine wouldn't be enough to kill the zergling as fast as the zerg produce them at that stage of the game. With no upgrade and no stim, the Marine is basically a ranged scv.

Do all elite SC players spam the 'build' key over and over, or is it just Artosis? I love his SC commentary but its frustrating watching him play and hearing "not enough minerals" constantly....can't he just wait the 20 seconds required and spam the build key right before he has enough?
For the most part yes. They're usually spamming something especially at the beginning of the game where there's way less stuff to do. I feel like I see people selecting and reselecting their stuff a lot, setting up groups but also not really doing anything just spamming apm.
A lot of players believe it's important to "stay warm" by doing those movements.

Someone please level with me. Is this guy raging all the time like literally all the time no matter what? Or are these clips just a disproportionate representation? Genuinely curious. Sometimes rage is appropriate but not 100 percent of the time.

@@Mikanoes ok, in starcraft "cheese" is a way to win quickly when starting a game. The "4 pool" in the video is the zerg trying to win a match in the game. I say you can win in 5 minutes by defending their "cheese" and since you didnt clarify that i told you that you defend cheeses and win aswell because to start a cheese you have to stop producing workers (that mine minerals) and even kill some of your own by the zerg races mechanics (like in that "4 pool") since you made more workers that mine minerals (think like theyre money if you dont know) you can make more units later after you defended their "cheese"
Talks about zerg and protoss being imbalanced but literally survived with only 1 marine because of bunker and repair.
