LIz, your garden is beautiful. I'm new to following and new to succulents for about 1 year but I have about 100 already, plus my propagated ones. I so wish I lived in a warmer area. I live in a small apartment in NewJersey, USA, I'm in a wheelchair, w/ no access to outside for them. Following you is teaching me so very much about soil, water etc. Thank you!
I’m from New Jersey to!!!!! I’m also have only been collecting for a year. If it’s not weird you should add me on Facebook we can even setup an swap if you’d like. I need more succulent buddies. I’m from middlesex county!
Dear Liz, thank you for being there for us! Last week three mature plants were stolen from my patio, and my favorite 19 years old adenium between them. I was sad and desperate. My husband knew how to bring me back to normal life - here is LIZ - play all - in random order. Here I am, normal and thankful.
That's terrible Agatha.😔 I know exactly how you feel.😡 I hope that doesn't stop you from growing more plants. I'm glad my videos can bring you some comfort. Take care and stay happy.🤗😘
Oh my god so so beautiful Liz. Love your garden so much. THANK YOU for occasionally show your garden its tremendously beautiful. God Bless. And have a great time prospecting.
Enjoyed the video thanks Liz I giggled at the Heard -Depp comment 😂 , it’s as if we were having a conversation 😁 That Cante took my breath away !! Also the sedum with the yellow flowers 💛💛💛💛💛 Going back to the video to know it’s name 😂
Thankyou for making the vdo juggling all that you have on hand at present. All d succulents are so pretty and they always bring me joy. Plssssss dnt stop making the videos. We are willing to wait. We will be going in to the rainy season now so will have to protect all d succulents. We have rains for 4 mths.
Oh my god! The aeonium arboreum is huge now, and it has created babies! I love that everything I’ve ever given you just thrives in your care😍 You’re such an incredible gardener Liz. The Monroe is seriously impressive, so chunky and big! 😍

Your garden is coming along really well Liz, I know you are time poor but what you have established so far is great and you can continue to build from there. I agree, a screen would be great there to help make it more private and less likely for people to steal them too. Happy prospecting and thankyou for taking us with you and all your very helpful tips. 🤗🏵️🐞🐝
Dear Liz l am in Goulburn and love your programs. I was wondering if you sell any of your beautiful succulents or know of anyone in our area that does.l have always been a succulent lover since I was a toddler. Thanks for spreading your happiness and love of plants.
You commented on time. Australian Succulent Farm is at 80 Mount Fairy Road, Mount Fairy near Bungendore is having it's open door tomorrow and Sunday. They'll be close for a while till spring. But I believe you can also make a booking. They have an extensive collection of succulents and at very reasonable price. Look them up online or on Facebook.
Depends on the plant but most summer growers I water when the temperature is low and when the soil dries up. Video below might be useful. Thanks for watching. A COMPREHENSIVE Guide To Watering Succulents - ruclips.net/video/qAwZnBgl1Qo/видео.html
Powdery mildew is mostly present in the soil, other plants, spores carried by wind, insects and other sources where they can lay dormant for years. When the right humid condition happens, they grow. They can be controlled but not completely get rid of them.
It'll work in a small area. I have an open garden and we get a lot of wind, so the fans not necessary. I did not spray these ones to let the plant build up immunity to the disease.
Plenty of videos to do Maria but finding the time to edit is posing a challenge. Just have too much on my plate at the moment. Thanks very much for watching.
I’ve been following the Depp and heard trial. It’s insane. You were spot on with the black spot comment. It is entertaining, eye opening, and hopefully this brings awareness to non gender bias ab*se. It’s sad. I’m sad for him. I’m also sad for my plants that keep dying from the powdery mildew. I can’t seem to shake it on my thin leaved plants. :(
I think it's seasonal. In 6 years of growing succulents, the last couple of years was the wettest ever and also my introduction to powdery mildew. Been to a few nurseries and collectors and they are just everywhere at the moment.
It probably is a Mahogany. Jocelyn Ainsworth is the lady responsible for a lot of succulent hybrids as well. She was probably the first one to bring them into Australia back in the 70's.

Thanks Paulette. I'm tired and sore but had a great day. Even the Boss and Pedro enjoyed it.
I have successfully used Bicarb Soda mixed in water to spray pond mildew
I will definitely try that out Kerrie. Thanks!!!
What ratio do you use please?
Enjoyed the video thanks Liz

Going back to the video to know it’s name 😂
I think the yellow flowered one is not a Sedum but called Bidens ferulifolia "Campfire."

Good morning 🙂
Hi Liz,how many times you water your succulents on summer time?
Depends on the plant but most summer growers I water when the temperature is low and when the soil dries up. Video below might be useful. Thanks for watching.

@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK thank you for your reply…I will watch that video too🙂
Hi Liz I notice my pink sedum start to have mold. Do you have any suggestions to how I might treat this? Thanks
I find that Sulfur spray is the best way but my Metho solution also works as shown in this video.
Good morning to me Hello i luv ur vids
Glad you like them! Thank you for watching.
❤️❤️❤️
My Mum used to say.. "it takes two to tango".. Meaning there will most likely be guilt on both sides
Will the power mildew from the afterglow spread to other plants

I'm wondering if an outdoor Solar Fan wouldn't solve the powdery mildew issue, $ 60 on Amazon in the U.S.
It'll work in a small area. I have an open garden and we get a lot of wind, so the fans not necessary. I did not spray these ones to let the plant build up immunity to the disease.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK ok I thought that was happening in a corner type of area.
Great to see your channel is doing so well 🏜
Sydney is always colder than Adelaide Liz.
Google up temperature of Adelaide and Sydney. Adelaide is definitely much colder.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK but we don't get frosts where I live.. And not the minus temps. In the Adelaide Hills, yes, you're correct.
🥰🥰🥰
Hi Liz , I recently heard you could use cinnamon a few ways with your succulents. Do you use any cinnamon in your garden?
and by the way, I first found your channel through Liz Create; any new videos in the works? I miss "fossicking" with you. :)
