This is a very good starting exercise, I just wish I could do them all. Not that flexible, so the leg ones were hard, and I can't do anything that makes too much noise because my brother lives in the basement and I do not want to bother him. (: Thank you for posting this, though.

I hate warmups where they move through stretches too quick. I don't need a yoga pace but before I could even get my balance to rotate my ankles she was already rotating her knees ??? well on to the next one
cbuz06 You can do each part as long as your body needs to. There's no rule for that :)

Are you supposed to warm up before you stretch, stretch before you warm up or do both at the same time?
you're supposed to stretch after a warm up, to "warm up" muscles.
