It's really great to use, super comfortable and really well made!
Infact with the interview GO, the audio is coming bettwr as its closer to the mouth and its even catching less room reverb, the thats the reson i think i will go fr the stick 🦯,
The Interview GO is awesome, I use it quite often till this very day, love it!
@@PhillipSkraba its the most expensive mic i hv ever used, rode wireless go, and fr now its going to be my main mic setup fr youtube. Do u think this mic 🎙 is good enough ( audio quality) to be used as the main mic ?

It’s an excellent mic, sure! The sound quality is superb. We just came out of full lockdown in Poland, and finally don’t have to wear masks in the streets, but I always use my own logic and if I feel uncomfortable I’ll put mine on.
@@PhillipSkraba thank god that things r getting normal there, u r doing the right thing on using the nask, here too the things went back to nornal after kast year’s lockdown and people started behaving carelessly and stopped wearing masks even ... and now the virus came vack in full vengeance to prove them wrong

What settings do you use? I can’t get the sound right when I step away…
Sound is usually best recorded close to the microphone, in fact, the closer the better. I rarely use a setup like this, I'm just showing it's possible. I mainly use a wireless mic setup.

You're welcome! Well, when I need to film something that needs wireless sound I always, always grab my Rode Wireless Go. I am not sponsored by Rode in any way. In fact I got the Comica for free, the Rode I bought with my own money. Now the Comica is a great system, but for some reason I just feel good with the Rode, I trust it 100%. So I would go with Rode.

Any chance of testing it indoors with lots of wifi around? Does the Interview Go pick up echos in the room?
I did a bit inside later on in the review when I got into the studio, and my studio is echo city! It almost got rid of it, and I have wifi all around me here.

Have you come across a generic windshield for this that does not say RØDE in big letters on it? I am looking for one on Amazon and I can not find one specifically for this. I find it annoying that RØDE placed its logo so big on it. I mean it is going to appear on camera and that is just FREE advertising for them. I would rather have a generic black windshield that fits it perfectly.
I'm afraid I haven't, no. I have Rode ones, it doesn't really bother me. You could always shave it off with a super duper sharp knife if you feel they'll be making millions off you.
@@PhillipSkraba I mean it all boils down to product placement. Companies sometimes pay us to feature their products (or give us products) to use in our streams or to feature. But when buying an item that will naturally appear on camera... it is kind of ballsy for RODE to brand it really big on the foam. I could understand a small RODE on the handle. That would be fine... and one could cover it up with a mic cube. But you know as well as I do... that this is just for product placement and free advertising.
@@DusselYorkCityStudios Oh yeah, I totally agree with you, but like I said, I'm supported by Rode a LOT, so it's not something that personally bothers me. Quite the opposite, I feel proud wearing their badge. I understand though, if you're not supported by them, you might prefer not to do free advertising for them.

Hi! I'm wondering if you can attach some sort of head set to it? I am looking for a microphone to film yoga videos and I'm wondering if I can clip it to my pants and attach a mic around my face. The magnetic with the clip seems awesome, but I'm afraid that if I clip it to my shirt it might get too sweaty and ruin it. What do you think about that? Thank you!
Yes, you can clip it to your pants and use the Lav GO, that would work. The magnetic clip is super strong and I think it would be fine, I don't see it getting wet from sweating, that might be your best bet and is a ton cheaper than the Lav, so worth a try even if you do end up buying the Lav later.

If I want to do a basic indoor interview with a group (2 or 3), would I need another mic for them or can I wear the wireless rode go plus the rode lavalier go and it still catch their voices?
You'd still catch their voices but not very clearly. You can buy a second set and connect them together, Rode has that option, it would come to a similar price as if you'd buy a wireless set that has a receiver and two transmitter, only this way you'd have a step up as you'd have 2 receivers just in case.

@@the12thplayeracademy65 No, the cheapest option would be to get this Interview GO, stick the Rode in there and have the interviewees hand it between them selves as they talk. That would no doubt be the cheapest option.
