Getting rid of any of those 3 would be a catastrophic trade and would harm the team greatly overall. Kleber + Hardy + draft picks is a good trade, I think Omax can continue to develop into a great PF as well.
Larry nance is probably my first realistic trade target.. the offer imo would be maxi, and couple 2nds for nance. Nance last year, atl should accept to get draft capital.. would rather give up 2nds than Hardy. Maybe next year Nico could use his 6m contract for bigger trade.
I'm cool with it, but the Hawks have to be willing to do it. Atlanta is in decent shape at the moment in the East, and I hear Nance is a locker room leader for them, so they might want to keep him and try to improve their own team with a trade.
Trade hardy and exum for toumani and thybulle and then trade omax and kleber for larry and someone. Go to the buyout market and get a 3 pt shooting big and im almost guaranteeing a ring this year. Hardy exum kleber omax and picks to get 3-d back up 4 and a big who can shoot it. I swear this gets us a ring
You use Kleber's salary to facilitate multi team trade and get a cheap player or 2nd round pick out of it. Not dump his salary and give away Hardy and 2nd round pick. Thank god Nico is in charge of this and not fans!
Hey TGK, as he is not on an expiring contract, what benefit is there for a club taking Maxie on to their roster, considering his lack of output on the offensive end? Plus, I'm not sure we can trade Hardy until season end due to the timing of when we extended his contract.
why arent we hearing enough thybulle talk? his value is as low as possible and hes probably the best fit as far as everyone were looking at, all it would take is maxi and a 2nd, move naji to the backup 4 and let thybulle run the 3
He missed 7 of the last 10 games. What's the point in picking up a new guy if he's almost never on the court? Maxi is mediocre, but at least he plays more than 50% of the time.
@@TheGarciaKidd It's not so much about prefering Maxi, it's about me wanting them to get a solid PF who doesn't get hurt all the time. I'll take that over a slightly better PF who plays less than 50% of the time. Why get rid of Maxi just to get a different problem? Better to shoot lower, but pay particular attention to their durability.
@ they were discussing it on Tim Legler’s podcast and said he was hurt but maybe some of it has been coaching decisions. I don’t follow Atlanta closely enough to be able to say for sure. If he could stay healthy then I’m with you. I thought he was pretty effective last year.
We do not need to give up much for LNJ. I’m glad someone has finally been talking about my trade deadline pic
That's what's up!!! I hope Atlanta plays ball with us
Kleber and draft picks should be the only things we give up. I don’t like the thought of getting rid of gaffird or pj or lively. Only kleber.

I like the plan
Thanks fam! 🫡🫡
If they are able to stay under the 1st apron AND make some moves like this, that’s a great spot to be in for Dallas 🤘

Hawks also want a backup pguard.

In Nico we trust!

The Pick and Jaden Hardy. That's the only way you could possibly convince them
@TheGarciaKidd but we can't trade Hardy until the season ends, same as Josh Green last season.
Mavs
Nice

Seems good but larry is 31 and is turning 32 in a couple of days on new year
Hell nah we can get a better player then Spence
hard pass on this one ill take DFS for maxi, exum, and 1st

Hmmmm. Idk to be honest. I'm more so looking for a Maxi replacement. Not sure Naji can cover that fully for what a Backup 4 should be

Maxi is not good and not as available either and for the financial reasons are icing on this deal.

@SDesWriter how much of it has been injury vs coaches decision?

@SDesWriter I hope so. I know he had like 4 DNPs this month already
Mavs arent trading maxi. Thats dirks dude. Theyre from the same town. Aint happening. Maxi is a great situational piece for the mavs anyways
Gotcha
Not always, and Maxi is unplayable at times do it’s hurting the Mavs. Hate to say it but they need to move on from him
