Kylie, I wasn't thinking orange at the outset. But as soon as you mentioned it, I could see it! Colour in itself is fascinating! I suppose the orange undertones would be desirable on a north face?

Isn't it SO COOL, EH? So, for a north-facing room I PERSONALLY do like an orange undertone in my warm neutral beige-tan paint color. You can lean a bit more on yellow, but funny enough, yellow coordinates with fewer interior finishes!

We painted our main living area Valspar Gracious. It has the most neutral base with NO sneaky undertones. So of course, Valspar discontinued the shade!

What is your opinion of SW Natural Choice 7011 as a complement beige to White Dove?

Natural Choice is tough as it reads more like a tan, and can grab some sneaky green undertones - it's not my fave.

I am afraid of beige because i think it’s so 90’s / early 2000s.

I agree. It comes down to size (no 12x12's) and exact color blend. Some beige tiles have some nice greige/taupe tones, and even some gray, which makes them WAAAAY more flexible.
