Chowka is one of the basic dancing stances used in the entire Odissi dance. There are 10 defined steppings for Chowka by the legendary Gurus. It's mandatory to master those steppings before one learns the items.
This video contains a detailed description of the way Chowka step-9 and step-10 are done. These steps should be practiced regularly with perfection. You can do them 10 times in the beginning and increase the practice later to 50 or more.
