Reflexology is amazing but Eunice (the founder of reflexology) would be rolling over in her grave. Reflexology does not involve rubbing or erogenous zones. Eunice also taught excellent body mechanics that would not injure thumbs as the technique demonstrated clearly will. I wish programs found better representations of true work as taught by the original.
