Inflation in Western Countries is affecting the basic salary of nurses. More stress. Family issues.
Post Covid nursing in Western Countries is not favourable for nurses. Risk Reward is not favourable.
Local population knows this. That is why they are not going for this.
Inflation is sky-rocketing. Now it is time to slow down migration from India to Western Countries or arrive if If you have enough and more funds to self support. Otherwise it will be a big problem.
Remember you are competing with Wealthy Chinese and other rich Asians.
