Kevin, I LOVE all of your videos, activities and Recipes! As I am a very OLD cook with a lot of years baking/cooking professionally, I want to make one simple suggestion. NEVER break the egg directly into the bowl you are mixing in, always in another small bowl just in case. This can prevent a horrible experience just in case there could be one bad egg. Oh well yes. I use duck eggs a lot for cooking and chicken eggs, and duck eggs and guinea hen eggs all come with a rotten one every 100 or 200 eggs so it’s always worth having that little extra bowl to the side. Hovering over a whole bunch of ingredients or even one important ingredient is not what we dare to do in our old age.

When I need to chill from the stress of living in the 21st Century, I switch Kosher, cosy Kevin on and immediately feel relaxed, calm and reassured, as he goes about doing his chores, shopping, in idyllic locations, cultivating his beautiful, spacious garden. Then baking a delicious Lavender cake to round it all off with some aromatic Tea, after a relaxing piano practice session 😊😅. C'est la vie a la maison de Maestro Kevin. Merci Beaucoup 👏 🎉

It is real refreshing to hear you play since I don't indulge in the classical music genre (piano) or concerts as I would for Jazz, R&B, etc. It was quite refreshing to listen to you and the cake looks beautiful as well as delicious! I do like antique pieces and thanks for the tips on keeping them clean and beautiful. Btw, can't wait until all the garden plantings spring to life!
