In 2008 at the time of pre and post the Beijing Olympics, they have taken some measures to get "a clear Blue Sky", e.g. operation time limitations for coal-fired plants and the-related companies in the neighbouring cities, and they did it well....at least for 4 months after (when i was there for the short-training in Beijing) the clear blue sky was exist. 😊🎉 It was the same clear blue sky as i enjoyed it in The Hague during my short-training period there in 2016. 😊🎉
