If you decide to get into hotel work all I can say is. Keep yourself to yourself. Don’t come across too laid back. Be on time, dress well groomed, don’t take anything personal, don’t gossip because it bites you back big time. Your there for you not for anyone else.

They DONT value their associates, they put on a good face, but after working there for 9 years, and receiving compliments from Assistant GM's, managers, and supervisors I recieved a total of 55 cents RAISE, in 9 years!!!! I will never support this company for as long as I live.

Yea I have 20 years of customer service experience and they turned me down for this job! Now the starting pay is 16 dollars an hour... here in Illinois that's barely enough to pay rent! So for such a low wage you would think that it wouldn't be so hard to get hired here! I currently work for the government. Been here for 11 years. Making 21 dollars an hour. I was willing to take w huge pay cut to work for this company and they turned me down... total smack in the face!! Seriously 🙄
