***The new Ford OEM regulator part has slightly changed. The window regulator bracket is different. The BASE of the bracket now comes with a fixed screw. The base no longer has a removable screw. Therefore when buying this part you also need to purchase a nut. This new design will also leave you with an extra screw since the base bracket is designed different. Good video I was able to install mine in little over an hour minus finding a nut that would fit the new screw.
The front speaker cover has a small groove in the front top side about the 11:00 position on the passenger door and the 1:00 on the drivers door. Just use a small flat tip screw driver to put in the groove and pop it out some then just go little by little all the way around the cover til its off. Can't really say about the back door I have never removed it before it just comes off with the door panel.
