The new Palworld deploy has been pretty frustrating. The game is already a little janky but having my whale sized dragon pop out ontop of me just makes it frustrating, when I'm trying to send them over a cliff.
1:25 - my guess is that they make a new area. as in an alternative to the palpagos islands. Chances are slim, but i want them to call it Paldea, just to rub it in.
I wish TemTem dropped the online only crap then I’d get it. Like if people’s internet went out for a few days they wouldn’t be able to play the game. The game is useless on a Switch and Steam Deck because you can’t take the game with you out and about.
I cant wait for it to drop online ALL TOGEATHER I Reported a softlock and they banned me for it. So i have a 40$ paperweight that is over the steam refund window.
For real! I was gonna buy Temtem on Switch but I gave up because, it is a mmo, and a pretty dead one. It might shut down in the near future so I don't wanna waste my money. If it was an offline game like Coromon and Nexomon I'd buy it right away.
@MikesGamingClips I personally don’t have temtem on switch but I have other switch games . If you go to a friends house or any place with Wi-Fi you can play online . What makes it not useless is the fact that it’s easier to pack a switch than other consoles especially if you don’t need to play on a tv . If I were to go to someplace just for a day or even less I wouldn’t want to hook up a console and worry if it will get ruined during a car ride .
The Pixel art for the new Coromon game once again looks nice as hell, might check it out once it comes out. Thx Ed for making a video about this and letting us know
Welp, I got TemTem on Steam now, since it had a 72% discount. Wanted to wait until they maybe finally add an Offline-Mode but 12 Bucks instead of 44 is definitly pretty good!
the game wont die because its already dead, it only has a couple of hundrer active players and it wont get anymore updates, if that isnt dead, then what is it?
My joycon started drifting on my switch when temtem was out 3 days later and i stopped playing since then and i got excited i was able to cross save play it on my ps5 year's later😭
@@kidneyopenerdude2670 I'm guessing it will still utilise majority of what we know already from Coromon with a rouge-lite twist. With the new focus on playable characters, there are probably multiple stories to uncover which really intrigues me, and is possible as rouge-lite are know for replayability and molds nicely with Coromons vast storytelling.
its cool that companies are trying to rework the gameplay formula of monster taming games, but really wish they could have kept the original style for coromon and temtem. the lawsuit is just over "pokeball" like mechanics. has nothing to do with character design or monster taming as a whole. The general consensus is Nintendo is reaching on this one and will likely get told to kick rocks.

Its fair that Nintendo did something, as Palword for so long was known as "Pokemon with guns" and advertised like that by articles, which could be seen as damaging the image of Pokemon and associating guns with their brand. I don't think they have much standing over that anyway as the studio never used that to push the game and the "pokeball" mechanic is a bit of a reach with so many other instances of the same thing in games and media. The designs are a little criminal with some like Verdash, the Lucario look alike etc.
Nothing wrong with altering the gameplay style of games, for Coromon it looks really fun and I welcome a rougelike spin-off. If your comparing this to Pokemon they have an ungodly amount of alternate game styles and they usually work really well, like Rangers and dungeon are some amazing spin offs

The new Monster Crown looks great. That new Coromon’s characters look like generic shit. And the litigation with Palworld made me start playing Palworld again. I really hope this current method of summoning Pals is just a temporary fix and they’re able to implement something better later.
Coromon rogue planet looks like Pokemon rogue, idk how to feel about it. I just bought the full game of Coromon like 2 months ago but I haven't really played it in a month as I am just at the little desert area. It's not that I am stuck, but its just that the game got really boring...
Sad that temtem is dying or whatever i just got it for ps plus and im having a blast but dont know if i should even continue if its gonna shut down does anyone have any news on if it will be offline single player in the future
Nintendo's lawsuit is only regarding using open movement and ball throwing, which they have a patent on, it's really not hard to not use those mechanics and avoid the legal concern, though numerous sources have pointed out Sony having been involved with Palworld being why that even happened, it's just politics, monster taming games are in no danger, Nintendo knows they have no rights on that, they were long beaten to it before pokemon.
The reason why nobody likes this lawsuit is that it will stunt creative growth in this industry and it will encourage larger AAA companies to abuse this type of legal action to snuff out compaction.
The lawsuit of palworld has not much to do with monster taming games it's just Nintendo fighting back against Sony trying its best to devalue Pokémon's ip by financing palworld and making it as big as they can. Sony is the bad guy in this story for the most part, not Nintendo.
Looks like it sits around 200-500 players on steam depending on the day. It had higher numbers and some spikes for updates, but devs officially ended support in June, so there won't be much to draw new players or keep current ones.
You have a weird definition of full lol I played it a bit lately and sure you see players but there's what 100 players online at most? That's what you call a dead game.
THat Coromon Rogue Game looks amazing

Is the Palworld thing because of Nintendo or because people kept finding ways to glitch out of the map?
Most likely because of the lawsuit. However if they win the lawsuit they might revert it back we just have to wait and see.
