    I love that you chose to make your mess your message. Your story will be someone else's survival guide.
    I also love the adaptation point. How we adapt to change and how we think can really be a big way we cope with difficulty. Adding mental health in is hard but being subjective to our own issues ( like what therapy taught me) can put things into perspective that allows us to find ways to elevate ourselves to allow healthy routines for a healthier mental and physical health.
