I have a machine exactly like this but a different brand it is a FHSM-505 but instructions say insert the bobbin with the thread spinning off clockwise. I am confused this seems to be opposite, is it the same model?

My wife's machine had an outdated gear. I just force over the previous tooth gear. And it worked. The problem is that the machine did'nt take the lower thread.

For some reason when I try to sew the stitches won't stich into the fabric because the thread doesn't catch the bobbin .. I did exactly what this video explained and the thread still doesn't pick up the bobbin😔😔 HELP

This video literally does not show how the bobbin thread gets under the deck if 4 inches of it hanging over the dge facing you. Thread doesn't magically move on its own. The bobbin thread has to be inserted or wrapped around something for the needle to pick it up and drag it through the machine. I watched this video more than once. It's useless.
