I'm an israeli in Germany and familiar with the study, I actually searched and found it myself a month ago. The study took 10k 9th grade students from lower Saxony and asked them about pretty much anything and everything, but also had 300 muslim students asked about islamist beliefs. What disturbed me the most is that 18% of them thought that using violence to spread islam is justified. That's way worse than just wanting Sharia or finding the islamic laws more important than the country's laws, as bad as those are.
In terms of Israel- this is correct. It's also notable that most Muslim IDF soldiers in Israel are Bedouin, so under Islamic rule (Ottomans etc) they were treated horribly and commonly still are in Muslim countries. In Israel, it's not the case. But there are Muslim soldiers coming from the more normative "Arab" community of Israel too, it's just less common.
And we watch the western world turning into exactly what we warned it would for decades if they let Islam in and shake our heads... The west is so naive, it's depressing.
