    This is the Condition 1 Menu taken from 'The Egoscue Method of Health through Motion' book and is a generalised menu designed for people with a 'Condition 1' Posture - Anterior Pelvic Tilt, External Knees and Feet and Kyphosis.

    In this video, Egoscue Institute Certified Posture Coach, Posture Ellie takes you through the Condition 1 menu from 'The Egoscue Method of Health through Motion' book, helping to understand and reduce pain for people who have an anterior pelvic tilt, external knees, external feet and kyphosis. You will be guided through specific cues on how to perform these posture exercises and instructed on posture mistakes to avoid. If you suffer from lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain or neck pain, then this may be the routine for you.

    Thank you so much Ellie for this video , I have been suffering from condition 1 for almost all of my life I’m (33) now ... I hope these exercises can bring positive change in my posture . Can u estimate generally how long one should consider to see results with these exercise , assuming one practices these 10exercises 5times a week ?

    During the wall crunchies, I can’t seem to not lead with my neck/ have tension in it. Any exercise that can help my neck muscles relax? Thank you 🙏🏽

    Btw, do you know dvd egoscue method advanced and beginner level?
    For what condition body that menu is?

    What can i replace that cube at static back press? Can i use chair?
