    Morocco is an ancient country, where traditions and rituals are passed down generations, from desert Berbers to city-dwellers to 5-star restaurants owners… but every generation adds another spice to the mix, tries a new recipe, bringing the ancient recipes into the modern world. So, what’s new in Moroccan cuisine? It’s Chef Moha.
    Building on his years of experience in Switzerland and his love for the cuisine of his motherland, Chef Moha created his Dar Moha restaurant 23 years ago to bring a breath of fresh air to the deeply traditional Moroccan recipes that everyone is familiar with. During his trip to Morocco, Rouslan Lartisien, co-founder of Grand Luxury, followed Chef Moha in the alleys of the Spice Market learning about the flavours and aromas of the Red City, and then back to his kitchen to see him use his international savoir-faire to give a twists to the immemorial Tagine and the Couscous.
