Yall boys was off with this one.. that's the problem these kids think adults are they friends and that's what breeds the lack of respect because now they see adults/teachers as peers
Exactly, and they are the first one talking about shooting someone if they mess with their kids.
Teacher student relationships should be so far apart this should never happen.
Came to say the same thing. They just trying to be contradictory. We all know this ain’t it
Please, from now on, invite that chick in the blue jacket every time. She is very sensible
Most sensible I’ve seen so far
He shouldn't have did it. It's on him. Idc if he gay straight, or if it's a woman my daughters won't be playing in your damn hair.
And let's not mention he self acknowledged himself in a live as the attractive teacher, you know the ones that all the fellas and or ladies will have a crush on.
Let's be real now, that one fine ass teacher in your school. You jumping at any every opportunity to be around her. Or should we mention ole girl "Teacher Bae" and what would've happened if she had done anything like this...
I just don't care if the yt teachers are getting braided and comments saying they can come to the cookout, because I don't want my kids in their hair either.
Like ole girl said he knew exactly what he was doing because he started the video mentioning it may be controversial. He got what he asked for. He was trynna strike a cord and it was probably.....
There's over a half a dozen videos of students braiding, unbraiding etc Teachers hair on YT. Some were celebrated on National TV. BW as per usual saw a BM breathing, and sicked society on him, nothing more to it.
Right, he is Blaxk that's it
Attack on men. The lady in the pink t shirt 👚 comparing a girl using the bathroom with a man in it, to girls in a classroom.😮💨 Y’all remember when the guy that sings old town road song said “fu.k your kids”, where was the outrage on that!? This is why men don’t step in like they use too. “Not my problem” mentality. Without Eurocentric teachings, hair would be cultural to us. Hair is cultural to us. I do find it strange that schools promote ways to protect yourself if you are sexually active, to what most consider children, when they are actually adolescent teens. Schools don’t want cameras because they have agendas. There is an interesting documentary I seen called “extended adolescence”. Talks about American teens vs most of the world. Most teens are working, or even married at 16. We tell our children they are not grown until 21. Yet they are exhibiting grownup behavior. Most teens want their freedom from parents at around 16, but are not mentally trained to be responsible. 🤔
On God!!
Would you let your daughter play in a grown man's head
It's gotten to the point where some BW think that BM should not be around their own kids. Lest on being teachers because of this BM Boogeyman syndrome. I wouldn't take any teacher job. That being said he set himself up. This is 2024 where everything is seen as an opportunity to put a charge on you.
I gotta be honest this was a bad take. Seems like the women had more common sense.
Damn I don't know how I missed this comment. I literally almost repeated what you said. The part they left out was when the young 15 or 16 year old girl posted a Pic of her butt and caption said , I only mess with Emo dudes. Then he posted a Pic with him shirtless with a Emo filter !
Man facts!! First L take i seen from the men on here
💯
Yeah they sound crazy on this one
I agree 100%
Grown men shouldn't interact with kids on that level. It that was my daughter it would have gotten violent
I do think there is a level of misandry that was expressed by blk women and the one woman next to Ace. We act like men are always predators while there are plenty of female predators that isn't acknowledged
So you letting ya daughter play in a grown man’s hair?
What does that have to do with the level of misandry that blk women tend to express and the one woman on the panel was expressing. I wouldn't let my daughter play in any non family members hair . That was inappropriate behavior. Would you be okay if they were playing in a woman's hair or if your son was doing some physical act with a grown woman? That's my point
@ErikWhite-lt7zi This right here 👏🏾 exactly right! They'd had been PERFECTLY FINE if it were a woman, even though it isn't ethical or wise to do for women or men.
As a black educator I hate how everything went down for him I understand building healthy relationships with my students because we want them to know I care and want the best for you just as your parents do because some case we are they only parent figure they have in life but they’re boundaries you have to place for yourself as a black male in education to protect yourself from these situations it’s rare to see black male in education’s but we are needed because we do play a big roll in the development of students hopefully this one situation doesn’t stop other black males from pursuing a career in education
Naw. That is unethical, inappropriate, and unprofessional for the classroom. Point Blank. You play your role as a teacher. If you need your hair taken down the you pay to have it done. This is his fault. He opened himself up to the possibility of him being fired. He is not a victim.
Eli said basically he would let a family friend molest his kid and think nothing of it because they have good character
The problem is especially in the black community is that we keep looking for a monster around every corner 8:02
As a father how would you feel seeing your daughter playing in a grown man's hair?
Upset and I would take action immediately...
Rare L on the gentlemen. This was unacceptable and inappropriate. You can be a great teacher and set boundaries. Little girls should not be touching a grown man’s hair in a school setting.
Teachers need to teach end of discussion. Growing up our teachers were figures of authority. They didn't build side relationships with the students past teaching us. Not only is it unprofessional but it also breeds favoritism. Nothing wrong with making the classroom fun, but it needs to focus around the subject you're teaching. Man or woman this was wrong. Teachers shouldn't be using social media on the job either while taxpayers are paying their salaries. Do that on your own personal time.
Thats just completely false though. If you went to a public school, odds are some form of parental abuse was reported to one of your teachers by a student. That student only felt safe to do so because of the relationship formed beyond teacher-pupil. The "cool" teacher gets more personal conversation and becomes a "friend" if you will. Im not with this teacher but there's a fine line between too much and too little interaction on a personal level between students and teachers
@@kaliefhampton2483 ???
@itsruffoutchea6636 In a perfect world, I'd agree with you 100%. However, this isn't that world. Some kids come to school from broken homes and even worse, abusive environments, in desperate need of adult intervention. In those MANY cases, the teacher serves their students better by becoming more than just an instructor/educator. I don't teach, but I've coached football, and some of those kids require more than just a game plan and exercise regimen. They need upstanding role models and positive adults they can confide in and rely upon. My father was a coach who went beyond, and he receives his respect for it within the community nearly every day. Because some ppl have used such positions to manipulate children is the exact reason why more responsible adults OWE proper relationships/connections to our youth and the lack thereof has a direct connection to rising crime statistics within that demographic. Plainly put, WE are failing the next generation
@@kaliefhampton2483 nothing you can say makes this teacher situation right. Plus coaches, counselors, ect are totally different from a teacher. They don't have feelings and emotions to get tied up with a student. Which will alter how they grade or treat certain students vs the rest of the students. All teachers are roll models, that's part of their job. But they are to treat all students in the same light. If a child has home/parent issues that's why you send them to the school counselors. That's what the schools hires them for, that's their job not the teachers.
@itsruffoutchea6636 when did I agree with the teacher? What exactly makes ALL teachers role models?? Some are, and some are just teachers.
The men failed in this discussion. Glad the women have some protective instincts. If Eli is going to let his daughters give the male teacher head massages, then that's on him.
Is getting a haircut sexual? It’s cause they sexualized dreads and braids on men. And they parents even signed off on it. It was unprofessional but these old nggas haven’t been to school in years. They just watch movies at the end of the year. Yall are basically calling bro a pedo and that’s something you can’t get off your jacket as a male.
Nah, teaching Blaxk Girls to Be Scared of Blaxk men....
We go see how this Effects us in 20 years❗️🍿
The fellas disappointed me on this one. 😔. I got 3 daughters….. HELL NAH!
Overall it's inappropriate. Regardless of his character or intentions it's best to maintain certain boundaries. HOWEVER, I do think there is a problem of sexualizing every interaction between children and adults. I remember I went to pick up something someone rented from me and the kids wouldn't let me take it and I was having some friendly kid banter with them trying to get rid of them. The mom comes over all offended grabs her daughter and said something rude and then corrected herself and immediately apologized. I simmered on it for a minute and felt compelled to share my thoughts. I asked her something along the lines of "do you think you're instilling fear of men into your daughter?" She basically said no. She wasn't confrontational about and it was like she kind of understood where I was coming from and I acknowledged that she was right to be skeptical of strangers and protect her daughter. I just think it's unfortunate.
Here's the thing. As a teacher you have to always be aware of what could be considered inappropriate. If it can be conceived as inappropriate then you have to avoid the perception of it. The fact that he put it on line causes the issue.
SYCBM. That interaction was totally innocent. Unprofessional, but not unethical. Just shows black men aren't allowed to color outside the lines.
Stop trying to make it a race thing. Idc if he white black gay or a woman. That ish is weird. If you would let ya daughter do that shit then you’re weird yaself.
If the parents of the students, the students themselves, and the school administration were all fine with it BEFOREHAND, who are all these outsiders of that "village" to say what is inappropriate..!?
Bruh why this grown ass man got his students numbers? All the shit he do is weird idc what you say and who was ok with it. There were parents who were ok sending their kids to MJ and R Kelly house so that’s not surprising. He should know better, all it takes is one student be obsessed with him then he turns her down then boom she lies on him. He’s losing that case because of how he’s moving. It’s inappropriate.
The whole issue is that a man (especially a black man) was as comfortable with children as a woman would be. They don’t want that because of optics.
7:57. - the kids parents are aware and never had a issue
Exactly. Some were on his live.
There weak parents
The one parent did a video saying he should have asked her to take down his hair.
@@str8visionatlOf course. Post Internet Rage, a lot of folk started switching up their perspectives. Again, it wasn't ethical or wise...but they did agree and were comfortable initially.
The man is there to do his job, which is teach. Nothing else
If it was a whyte dude they would be praising him and talking crazy about black men at the same time
"Black men failing the community by letting Brad step up and being the dad/ mentor that they need."
- BW probably
We have to stop sexualizing every fuckn interaction!!
Would you let your daughter play in a grown man head
@str8visionatl hell no. I was offended and my daughter isnt in his class. Its inappropriate and i dont care who it is. Man or women its wrong all the way around. That leads to pedophile stuff. Teachers and students should only do maybe a high 5 or handshake or maybe a hug and even that is conditional.
@@universe-ie2mk i agree 💯. Teachers are there to teach the curriculum, not to do hair. I don't let people get too friendly with my kids
Intimacy is not only sexual actions, there shouldn’t be any sort of intimacy between a teacher and student. Also he sexualizes students himself, look up any reaction to his video of him lusting over a underage girl
@@universe-ie2mkThat's not how pedophilia works. Besides, it can't be pedophilia at that age anyway. Words and definitions matter.
Eli was avoiding the question, tho. 100%. Love the podcast though
There’s ain’t no amount of parent teachers conference that will make a parent know a teacher personally Eli!!!. As a teacher, just do your job and teach and stop with all that extra ish… PERIOD!
💯
YOU WRONG ELI!!! ELI, YOU WRONG!!! WHY ELI!!
As a parent and as a human service professional, the former educator should had demonstrated boundaries when it comes to this scenario. He is responsible for ensuring children are engaging in educational activities not taking out his hair. This man could have been easily accused of an inappropriate behavior. I would say he should have not been fired. He should have been suspended and required to attend some professional development training on ethics.
Yeah, the parents didn't have a issue with it, but these parent nowadays shouldn't be parents
Boundaries. What happened to boundaries?
Big L for the men on this.
I was surprised that the women had the right take on this.
Eli is trying to make this about villainizing men and gay men vs straight men, and just deflecting from the main issue at hand.
Men and women are different, so of course these situations aren't all met with the same energy.
No man should have a bunch of school aged girls playing in his hair, or vice versa. It's completely inappropriate. There is a billion other things you can do with your students to foster a good relationship. Taking up class time (whether they finished up early or not) to unbraid your hair is nonsense. It also sets up a bad example of how your young daughter should act around men. He deserved AT LEAST a suspension for the complete lack of awareness and poor judgment.
What would a teacher/parent conversation even look like? "Uh you know when they finish their homework on time i let the girls unbraid my hair?"
The ladies were on point. We don't need to do a "but what about this..."' every time an issue comes up. We can address the issue in front of us. She was also right that it is usually a lot of men that have NO problem with these predator female teachers sleeping with their male students.
CRAZY to have your 14 year old daughter in some grown man's hair. The girls are in their own adolescent stage and it can blur the line for them.
But women teachers can do it smh
Every man is not trying to bang underage girls Gah Damn!!!
Honestly, I don't know if there should be teachers anymore and if there are there should be all be female. This is the time is we are in.
Naw this why I stop watching anything red pill and manosphere. Dudes would really cape for a man even if in the wrong
Traditional of ANYTHING is officially done, and everything that used to be the norm is now lawlessness in every part of society.
This wasn't a shocking video when you realize how chaotic society and culture has been changed.
Shalom ✌🏿
Exactly. If anything they should've just told him he can't allow students to touch him in any way. It's as simple as that. Firing or even suspending him are both extreme.
Shalom.
Eli was tweaking on this one. The ladies are displaying common sense with this topic
They kept saying “ it doesn’t matter if he’s gay or straight. Why you in the head of a grown man?” What if it was a lesbian?
Bruh the guy in the gray shirt is a smart guy, I can tell but since he doesn't have a daughter, he honestly doesn't understand. My daughter just turned 18 on the 10th of July and watching the way some men react to underage girls is far more than appalling! Once you're aware of this behavior, that only happens a minority of the time, will make you hyper vigilant about adult men. Especially when they aren't in your presence. If he had a daughter and had experienced what a true father goes through that is in his daughter's life, he would feel differently. 180 degrees...
These girls act like cosmetology is not a thing talking hygiene in the hair😂 there’s not people doing it for a living🤦🏾♀️
DailyRapUpCrew, Yay! I liked this video so much, it made me smile!
“But what if?”, or “how would you feel?” Moving the goalposts @ 21:00.
Ultimately, dude messed up but there are so few male teachers, he will be hired by another school this fall.
I rock with this podcast but the host take was incorrect. No way a teacher should be comfortable with letting students get that personal. As a man we have to be better leaders for our community. Also I think if you don’t have children you not going to understand why that situation was wrong.
I was a young teacher once. Them little girls will try to get some. I was highly uncomfortable, so I left.
Also, respect transitions to feelings of affection very easily.
People acting brand new, there’s a reason why for most of human history the genders were separated.
Let’s also not forget that there’s a lot of young girls that have posters up of grown men on their walls and fantasize about them.
I think it was inappropriate but he shouldn't have been suspended. I don't agree with the woman on the panel bringing up gender.Him being a man shouldn't have anything to do with it.
Ladies were definitely right, as a parent I expect my kids teacher to be professional at all times. It seemed like the guys were just arguing a point just to argue but not using logic, which is not what we do. Logically there's no reason for a man to do what he did with the intentions that he had. There was a motive and it backfired
A woman can do the same thing with no consequences
As the father of a daughter and someone who used to work in a school……those students taking his hair out is inappropriate and unprofessional! There is no reason why a grown ass man should be having his students taking his hair out! I would lose my shit if I saw a video of my daughter taking out some dudes hair in school!
My child wouldn’t have been in dude head. Regardless of how great or not a teacher he is as a father it’s my responsibility to teach my children safe boundaries with other people. No matter of they are family friends associates etc. …my daughter would know that you don’t ever invade someone personal space nor let someone invade yours.
Why that former teacher capping.. i work with middle school kids and they hygiene is horrible..
Neglectful parents aren’t an excuse for teachers who don’t stay in their lane?
Both are wrong.
It's sad the women on here are making more sense than the men🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️💯💯 this situation was unacceptable no matter how you see it!
This is actually a great reason for Black men to not be teacher's, mentors, or even step dad/in laws. If you're guilty of being a pedo over any little harmless situation you're in a lose lose situation from jump. All it takes is for someone to assume the wrong thing and you're somehow at fault. it's best to not even put yourself in that situation to have people start talking about all the "what if's" and make u out to be something you're not. Not to mention the fact that some of these little girls like to lie.
Hm nah the way things are going. Our women are definitely not qualified anymore to be teachers to black children. I think men now are way more qualified and keeps the degenerate behaviors out of our youths growing up. I agree that the step dad thing is a no
No, that isn't a reason at all. Black men, and men in general should be smart and know where the obvious lines are. Not having 14 year old girls play in my hair at work should be an OBVIOUS line to not cross.
It ain't that hard to be professional.
That's why I wouldn't. Make it all women. Maybe there shouldn't be male cops or doctors only females.
@@SmilingDesperado ....I didn't see any video of any playing in anyone's hair. Also the "lines" are subjective. Just like how you're making girls u nbraiding a man's hair into something s8xual when it isn't.
@@SmilingDesperado ..."Lines" are subjective. Just like how you're making girls unbraiding a man's hair into something it's not.
It was flat out inappropriate, maybe he shouldn’t have been fired but that’s the consequence for his lack of awareness. It might be harsh but he should take accountability
The fact that society doesn't wanna acknowledge that very many girls are attracted to male teachers is unacceptable. As a teenage boy I was definitely attracted to some of the teachers and administrators and I also heard some girls talking about how cute some male teachers were.
Either way it should be punished but female teachers don't get near the discipline men do. There have been teachers that got pregnant by a minor, got a slap on the wrist and put those boys on child support when he turned 18.
Tell me I'm lying.
Not everyone is a pervert its not a big deal the young ladys seemed fine and it was three of them i dont see the problem we need to.worry about immigration and how our county takes care of illegals better then there on citizens and what happen to the war veteran in Russia
This take was disgusting, more so by the men . Did you guys not see the post of that same "good" teacher commenting on a 15 year old posting her butt On his Own page!? Do your homework before commenting .
Women should’ve asked them would they have allowed their daughters to take a grown man’s hair out at school and then see their answers
Nah the teacher was wrong and he should’ve been suspended.
As a black man....He should be fired: You just CANNOT record minors on your personal tiktok without their parents consent. As a male teacher, you're treading dicy waters by letting these young girls even touch you. In this current America, he is lucky he doesn't have a pending case tbh. What he did was wrong. period.
you did not her that he had all parents permission the school permission
@@j8ovanni0 🧢 🧢 🧢 No he didn't. Thats a silly take.
BOUNDARIES, Period.
Idc if he black white gay or straight. I ain’t trying to hear that. It’s weird and that man shouldn’t have their numbers. His job was to teach and that’s it. He should know better to because it only takes one student who is obsessed with him, he turns down her advancements and all she gotta do is lie. People will believe it because how he’s moving.
I dont see any women talking about the female teachers
the girl in the blue is so fine dam
These guys (the men) are making alot of excuses and making the kids the issue, this is crazy. THE ADULT IS ALWAYS TO BLAME in these situation. That teacher was unprofessional period
To say someone getting their hair done is "intimate" is a strange perspective.
It is if you think about it
Here's a thought. I feel there should be an age requirement for teachers. Shouldn't have so many young people teaching younger
Thank u to the girl in the blue coat. Talk about this situation stop comparing to every other situation
Not all parents are responsible adults who can guide their unplanned children. The teachers must always set boundaries with kids because they maybe the only adult they’re learning from, especially physical interaction which ideally would be a 2 second handshake.
This is why it’s always weird when 18 and 19 year olds date 40+ adults. At what point did they find this ok… oh an adult in their youth introduced them to this comfort in age gap.
My daughters better not touch grown man, he gone get more than fired
How personal is it when you go to the beauty parlor? If a man had a wife that had a straight male hairdresser and he said he's uncomfortable with her having a straight male hairdresser he would be called "insecure " and "controlling"!!!!
Guys: "Yeah i let my daughter play in my homie hair whenever she feel like it. It's the same thing as her doing it with one of her many male teachers. I'm just different my guy"
Yeah you different...... not mine.
Eli said it ..ppl over sexualizing everything cause of people's past trama
The ladies washed the men in this argument.
The women were on point in this conversation
Whatever happened to homeschooling your child or children or Church schooling..We should think about homeschooling or allowing for remote learning for families who want their child or children to be apart of public school to have a choice in having certain days remote learning or in class or completely doing remote learning homeschooling would be the best way...then your child or children won't have to deal with stuff like this the influence of peer pressure bullies teachers playing favoritism with certain students curriculum can be reality based.
How they hell did the girl in the white blazer. Make up a what if situation about high school this is the problem with having a conversation with young women. U ask them a specific question they make up an entirely different scenario instead of answering the question directly
The same way we hate when women Dodges a simple yes or no answer y'all were quick to do the same s*** when it came to this particular situation and I didn't like that at all. If that was my daughter, I would absolutely be upset uncomfortable and stressed out. This overdrawn conversation about whether if he was gay or any other shit is just plain dumb. Focus on the subject which is his behavior and in professionalism and go from there. I as a black man AM celebrating the fact that he got fired. The hubris you have to have to think that your opinion trumps all especially someone else's kids is outright disgusting
Intellectual dishonesty is rampant on these panels…
Wtf are talking bout that was out of place for lil girls to be taking there grown adult teacher hair out thats very inappropriate. How was yall raised my mom or aunts wouldn't played no shit like dat. Smh
U dudes came ready to defend the weirdo he texts kids after hours does all this sexy teacher stuff an is tryijh to validate hismelf through the kids an calling them besties just nahhhhh
There's a new video of a female teacher that let her female students do her hair. By their logic that was a intimate homosexual incident.
He did nothing wrong but since they're claiming he did let's see if they keep the same energy.

Wait so the teacher who help one of his students out by putting her hair up so she could play wit out her hair being away got fired
No lie this was a bad take fellas. Its about professionalism. its certain boundaries you need to have as a teacher. It dont matter what race, what his sexual orientation is or where it is. You represent the school and as a teacher myself its a bad look on the school if they didnt take some sort of Action. It has nothing to do with ppl sexualizing the situation or trauma its a bad look period. Daily rap there needs to be a clear line drawn between what’s acceptable and not acceptable. You never really know a persons true intentions. Certain action between students and adults should automatically raises some antennas. Blurring the lines makes it easier for predators to prey. What if the child wanted a future in cosmetology and just wanted to practice I don’t understand the big deal what is so inappropriate about a child touching a grown up hair ? Oblivious he’s not a crazy guy but what’s so weird about it
Your teacher isnt the person to be practicing cosmetology skills on. This is blurring the line and the relationship treating them like one of your buddies. The teacher is supposed to be an authority figure and leader.
It also blurs the line for these girls. You dont know if one of those girls had a crush on him and was developing feelings. Shouldn't put himself or them in that situation.
It is completely inappropriate.
