      @@commontimeproductionsYeah version 10 is shaping up good with the updates.
      I noticed there are not many of reviews or training on the plugins that come with it; that is like a gold mine of content. 🤣

      @@mhavock That is true! Mixcraft has some great native plugins that I'll be covering as well! The TB series plugins are wonderful, I really like using those and the vst instruments are great too!
      Check out the glass viper, it has some good bass and synth sounds if you are into that :)

      @@commontimeproductions yeah those TB are well thought out and quality. TB Reelbus is great analog, Barricade is clean. Broadcast is perfect loud on 'smooth'. I havent checked out the synths, so thanks. I am working thru the G-Sonique stuff too LOL

    Hello
    In the 2 feature, when i want convert to Midi, it say "no note found"?😅

    • @commontimeproductions
      @commontimeproductions  Год назад +1

      Hi there, thanks for your question! Did you get the pro version or the home studio version? Melodyne needs to be activated inside of Mixcraft to be able to convert audio to midi. Much apologies for this oversight I have made. Melodyne has a 30 day free trial so that you can convert your track. I'll also follow up with an update on Melodyne and its use in Mixcraft 10 that is much more in depth and covers those things. Thanks for bringing this to my attention my friend!

    Great information, I wanna try MC 10, but I heard there's a lot of bugs in the system. Have you had any bad experiences?

    • @commontimeproductions
      @commontimeproductions  Год назад +3

      No, I have noticed that all of the previous problems that were occurring with versions 8 and 9 have been resolved! I've been working with Mixcraft since version 6 and have seen pretty much most of all the project crashing bugs.
      10 has been quite a wonderful mixing experience with native stuff and with some of the mainstream plugins even! I am impressed with how it upgraded routing and stuff. Let me know if you try it and how it goes if you do! Hope this helps :)

    Does MC10(10.5) Quantize audio (not just MIDI) tracks?

      It sure does! You can also use the Melodyne essentials to quantize as well. Thanks so much for your comment!

    Wow dude amazing intro video as well. Think it's worth to upgrade to mixcraft 10 pro studio from 9 pro studio, also how much for a video intro like that?!??? Did u create it on mixcraft? I've never used the video editor on it, I record almost all my music on mixcraft if you could check out Sabali could you teach me how to mix and master vocals better would pay you tbh. And mix and master entire track

      Hello and thanks for you kind words! I created the animation in Unreal Engine and the video was final edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. We are working on making a course on how to make a music video using Mixcraft 10 and Unreal Engine to make a music video. I'll work out a video for showing off the video editor in Mixcraft 10 as well so either way could be used. Haven't heard of Sabali, but I will check it out to see about it, thanks for the heads up! Again, thanks so much for your comment!

    can i have both micraft 9 and 10 on same pc

    • @commontimeproductions
      @commontimeproductions  11 месяцев назад

      Yes, you can easily have both copies on the same PC and they could be used. I would definitely make a copy of any file from 9 that you open in 10 though, just in case you can't re-open it in 9 afterward or need to go back and reference the settings you had in the 9 project. Hope this helps!

    Mix 9 pro doesnt crash. Can I just upgrade melodyne 4 to 5 essentials instead?

    • @commontimeproductions
      @commontimeproductions  9 месяцев назад +1

      When you install any version of Mixcraft that has Melodyne (9 or 10) it also walks you through the process of installing and authorizing Melodyne through their companies website, Celemony. I imagine going to the celemony website there may be offers to upgrade in your celemony account. It has been quite a while since they updated from Melodyne 4 to 5, but there may be offers still for a free upgrade. If not, maybe write a nice email to their support and let them know you have been using an older version of Mixcraft and would like to keep it due to stability, but would like an upgrade to Melodyne 5.
      They are super nice at Celemony and we love Melodyne. So much so that I actually upgraded to the studio version. Highly recommend if you decided to go that route. Also, Melodyne does work as a standalone product which you can choose when installing with Mixcraft as well.

      @@commontimeproductions yep I've emailed them, and they said I might get a free upgrade to 5 which will suit my requirements. I'll have another look at it 2morro when I've got some more gas for the genny...offgrid here.👍 thanks for the reply.

    Is there a great sounding grand classic piano. I’m was hoping mixcraft 10 will have big improvement in piano sound

    • @commontimeproductions
      @commontimeproductions  Год назад +3

      Hi, and thanks so much for your question! It seems that Mixcraft 10 still has Pianissimo virtual grand piano like in Mixcraft 9. I'm hoping that through the store they built into 10, there will be some more options for piano vst's in the future.
      I've used the native piano and then made it sound a bit more accurate by adding an Waves H-Comp. It is a digital version plugin that you can use that emulates applying an Eventide Omnipressor. The omnipressor addition is a trick that can make a virtual instrument more organic due to it adding those nuances of a real piano by literally messing it up a little. The h-comp can be used to compress and expand the audio dynamically in a way similar to the omnipressor.
      In the native Mixcraft plugins, you could also emulate an omnipressor effect by using the G-Sonique DTC-1. This will also work like the H-Comp in the way that it compresses and expands dynamically.
      If you are looking for a completely free awesome sounding piano vst and various other piano tones, check out Spitfire Audio's Discover Sounds. There is a whole library of instruments provided in the Labs, Discover Orchestra, and the Pianobook. All the instruments were recorded using the BBC Symphony and other high caliber musicians at professional recording studios. Hope this helps!
