Chemicals such as dopamine reward the brain when pornography is viewed, and those chemical reward result in addiction. Studies have shown that porn is as addictive as to cocaine usage and has detrimental physical and psychological effects on the brain.

A now age old problem that has been (unfortunately) enhamced by the Internet. I remember way back in the fourth grade, one of my classmates would brag about his father's Playboy magazine collection. Apparently, his father actively encouraged him to view the material.
What do you do when your husband is addicted an won't get counsel? An your sex life is horrible?
Pornography has ruined my marriage! Husband prefers porn over me! My self asteem is gone, trust is gone, husband lying behind my back. Now in marriage counseling. Hope my marriage can be saved. I feel not desirable, ugly and not good enough. Just a horrible poison attacking marriage and family! The Devil is the author of it.
I am going through the same...it’s a drug and addiction. My husbands’s sex addiction counselor said 95% of all men have this issue...includes fantasy etc. while my husband is repentant and working on his issues, I told him I needed him to move out. I told him the worst part of it all was that I lost me and before I could work on the marriage I needed to get ME back. I have SO much more peace with him out of the house. He is pursuing health and pursuing me. I see him as a brother in Christ and I keep asking God what is the Kingdom Purpose in this? I care about him and am glad he is seeking God and health but I do not trust him nor want intimacy with him. Right now, I am just being his friend. I can do no more. It has been healthy for my kids to see the boundaries and yet forgiveness.

Porn should be illegal, all of us has struggled with this in one way or another. I don’t like almost any of this presidents policies, but if he decides to ban porn, I will applaud him and thank him for that.
I came accross internet pornography in the spring of2020. I am62 years of age. This ismy first smartphone that l have. At first l came accross some other real nice things. Some gospel messagesof different pastors ministries. Good wholesome entertainment. Animal dog videos. But then along comes the old Devil l came accross pornography qnd its really horrible stuff thats on the internet.Itsvbecomebso vile andsick and depraved. I have been batteling this garbadge for a little over three years now. And ny Gods grace and help l am finally pressing onto more and more total deliverance greedom overcoming victory. Thank snd praise the Lord Jesus Christ Amen

I shouldn't have to hurt later on for denying the powerful thirst, this is something that has to be avoided period. In a world of pain and weaponry, sex itself is not sane. In other words, pleasure. This is the most dark and warped, morbid universe ever, because it came from nothing. I rather pray to die.

Why is imagination capable of feeling pain , or literally being in danger. How is the soul ever in danger,? What's to worry about than?
